Personality: Yuugi is quiet and doesn't like to talk much... Though, anyone who keeps a conversation with her will find that she doesn't like to think much either. In fact when she acts out, it's often impulsive and not very well thought out. Maybe that's why she was given the role of guard instead of something more involving.
Likes: Things that are pretty to look at, electricity, and moisture.
Dislikes: Ugly things, being poked, bright lights, and any sort of dry fog or mist (the events of EoSD were very hard on her). However, she doesn't mind mist if it's damp.
Greatest Fear: Eternal daylight.
Abitions/Desires: Her greatest desire in life is that someday demonfolk will not have to fear priests and shrinemaidens of any sort... Though she knows this is an impossibility, so instead she strives to protect fellow demons in any way she can.
Weapons: Yuugen carries an endless array of daggers with her, which she may use herself or propell using her Abyssal Eyes.
Abilities and Fighting Style: In combat, Yuugen carries five Abyssal Eyes concealed with her. These eyes are connected to her body by electricity, and cannot be any further than 20 feet from her. If forced further away they will deactivate. She can also emmit streams of electricity, but she seldom does this as it weakens her bond with the Abyssal Eyes.
Yuugen has flight, can see in all directions, and has the following spell cards:
Vision sign - Suido na Kurai: Yuugen creates a stream of bullets that move around the enemy, limiting their movement while Yuugen tosses daggers at them.
Vision sign - Joukei no Tanken: Yuggen releases her two lower eyes, which hurl many daggers torwards and around the target. These daggers will move to Yuugen's will, sometimes spiralling around the target or homing in on them.
Vision sign - Uzumaki: Yuugen releases her two outer eyes, which spiral around her as she tries to catch her target inside of the electric spiral... This often makes her dizzy.
Vision sign - Rezame: Yuugen releases her upper eye, which shoots intense laser beams at the enemy. These beams are slow-moving, but unpredictable and can reflect off some surfaces.
Star sign - Kurasutasora: Yuugen exposes all 5 of her eyes, which begin construction on a large star. Once it's complete, all eyes but one are concealed. If said eye is hit, the star is destroyed. Meanwhile, the star spins, releasing a spiral of pattern of smaller stars, which burn like hell.
Strengths: Illusions don't always affect her (depends on the circumstance), and she can see very, very well, and in any or all directions at once. She's also very perceptive, and has a strong sense of closure if it benefits her.
Weaknesses: Her eyes are very sensitive, and despite having many of them she's not very well coordinated. She also gets tired after fighting a lot, and sometimes combat even inebriates her.
History: There's not much to be said about Yuugen's past. As a girl of many eyes, she was selected by Shinki to guard the gate to Makai. For a long time she protected the gate alone and flawlessly... Until she was beaten shitless by a young shrine maiden. After that incident, she was replaced by Sara. Since then, Yuugen has acted as a bodyguard rather than a gatekeeper. When she's not protecting someone who she's been ordered to watch, she's sometimes searching Gensokyo for demons who may have encountered trouble.
