Chapter 1: The Beginning. [Open]

[xxhikaruxx]

Hikaru sat down on a tree away from the rest of the village. He sat there like a samurai holding Kusanagi in his hands. He let the wind blow accross his white hair which was apparently different from all the other humans. Hikaru thought, Agyels... Who are they...? I am part Agyel myself... But I remember my father telling me about the legend of the Agyels... I used to never beleive him... but it's true now... Hikaru looked up the sky and thought, Loneliness... is that what's bothering me?... No... Fear...

[Augen]

"The sensors have picked up something. Something powerful has just passed through the border... I'd like for you to investigate, Agent Orange."

That's what Rikako had said, about several hours before Augen had managed to locate a suspicious looking individual in the human village. White hair, red tatoo, male... Certainly didn't look like he was from around here. "... Maybe he's just like me," Augen said to himself before turning away from the window and rummaging through his pockets.

"Ah, yes... My handy dandy camera," he said, looking through the window at the suspect in the distance. He zoomed in and took a few snapshots before shoving the camera back into his pocket. "Heheh, I hope this's the one."

Hikaru noticed a camera shooting pictues at him. He remember cameras when he was little. He used to play with the film all the time and his father would yell at him. Hikaru glared into the window, allthough he couldn't see clearly who was using the camera. Hikaru then looked up in the air, he was pretty sure he saw a man flying through the air. Hikaru thought, Huh..... who was that?....

[Augen]

Oh, bloody. The target looked over at the window. That's inconvenient... Well, time to evacuate.

These were Augen's thoughts as he pulled his pistol out and ran out of the inn room he was in, dashing straight for a window on the other side of the building and making his way to the rooftop. He took a quick look around the perimeters. "Heh... Doesn't seem to be on the offensive yet," he whispered to himself, hiding behind the peak of the roof.

Hikaru was looking up at the sky wonder who was flying. Hikaru stood up and wings spouted from his back and he flew up to the highest branch of the tree. Hikaru's wings disappeared and stood up. Hikaru blocked the sun with his hand and then saw a flying man from a distant, he couldn't quite see who it was. But the man was flying through the air.

[Augen]

Augen's eyes widened as he watched the man... Or creature... Whatever it was, this is probably what Rikako's scanner had detected. It certainly wasn't human, and it did not resemble any of the youkai that were known to exist here. Not to mention the clothes and tatoo.

Still, the geiger wasn't picking up anything. Which was indeed a relief. Perhaps he should try to get closer... Then again, perhaps he shouldn't. "Either way," he said as he put away the gun and rolled off of the roof. "I should try not to let myself be detected again."

Hikaru with his amazing speed kicked off the tree. He ran with in human speed shooting accross the ground. His modified muscles running way faster than an average human. Hikaru then preformed the flying shadow and picked up amazing speed as his wings sprouted out of his back. Hikaru flew toward the flying being. He thought, I am sure of it.... The man.... he must be... An Agyel!!! Hikaru was right.... The flying man was from one of the legendary sky continents. The most abundant species up there... The Agyels...

[Augen]

Augen looked to the sky... Definately not human. Yet still, Augen could not scratch the itch that it was a foreigner. Rikako would want to see this. It might be something she was looking for. A beast of science, perhaps?

So Augen set his camera to the "record video" setting and followed the beast in the sky... Which would've been easier if he didn't have to tread upon the earth. Although, even if he could fly it would just bring unwanted attention... So he ran through the village, keeping the eye of his metal box on the boy in the sky.

Hikaru then crashed into the Agyel. The Agyel flew up a little and said "Watch where you're flying... boy...."
The Hikaru said "You're an Agyel, right?"
The Agyel's eyes shifted down toward him. He said "Yes... like yourself?"
Hikaru shook his head "No, I am a Human, a Biological weapon."
The Agyel said "You killed my kind and stole its wings.....?..."
Hikaru glared at him, he saw his eyes... The Agyel took out his spear and said "What you did is unforgivable."
Hikaru exclaimed "Wait a minute...! I didn-"
The Agyel flew up into the air and said "Thunder Strike."
The Agyel shot down with his spear stabbing through the air. Then a huge shockwave as loud as thunder exploded blowning Hikaru all the way down into the ground. There was a creater under him as his full body was turned into steel to protect him from damage. Hikaru got up and said "....Ugh.... That was close."
The Agyel flew down and said "Thunder strike."
There was a huge explosion of sound and Hikaru was sent flying through the air. Hikaru pulled out his Volcan13 [Gun] and changed the settings from Normal to Ultra. Then Hikaru kicked off the air and did a sumersault while firing a barrage of 15 bullets down toward the Agyel consectutively. The Agyel flew away dodging the bullets. Then the Agyel flew up toward Hikaru and swung his spear down toward his shoulder. Hikaru's shoulder turned into steel to defend from the attack but then the lightning from the spear shot through the metal and electricuted Hikaru. Hikaru fell from the air and hit the ground. The Agyel pointed the spear at his neck and said "Why did you steal those Agyel wings....?"
Hikaru said "I never did any such thing. It was an experiment accident.... I was used as the experiment... I was caught in an accident with an Agyel."
The Agyel pulled his spear away and said "Oh... I understand... It was against your will..."
Hikaru slowly got up and said "Yeah..."
The Agyel said "Was the experiment ran by Pirates?"
Hikaru shook his head "No... It was by the C.I.A. of Tokyo."
The Agyel explained "C.I.A. huh....? I remembered a Tokyo man up in the sky continents.... He said he was from the C.I.A. maybe it was him...."
Hikaru shrugged "It could be.... By the way, my name is Hikaru Sasaki... Pleased to meet you Agyel..."
Hikaru always dreamed of meeting an Agyel so he was kind of excited. Hikaru wasn't the talkative type. He never talked unless he had a reason to. The Agyel said with his arms crossed "Call me Kanda..."

[Augen]

So it isn't every day that Augen is running after a couple of flying humanoids whilst trying to keep his camera on them. It isn't every day, either, that one of them hit the ground and created a crater right under Augen's feet. Well, good thing he was too caught up in a battle to notice... Of course, Augen's back was hurting like hell... On the bright side, that fall looked great on the camera. Rikako was going to be very pleased, he thought.

So Augen looked back up, and shortly afterwards the battle just seemed to stop. The two flying creatures just suddenly stopped... A truce? Maybe... One thing was certain, Augen really wished he had brought a directional microphone with him. But he didn't. Bummer.

[xxhikaruxx]

Hikaru made a slight smile. He said "This is the first time, I actually met an Agyel like you."
Kanda was about to leave but he turned arround and spoke "Really?..."
Hikaru sat down and said "Yeah..."
Kanda lifted off the ground and flew into the air. He said "Well, I need to get going..."
Hikaru said "See you arround, Kanda..."
Kanda soared through the air and flew away. Hikaru waved and then walked back toward his tree. He sighed "Man... This is the first time in my life, that I ever felt this happy..."
Hikaru picked up his blade, Kusanagi and put it back on his waist. He sat there lonely again.

[Augen]

... Well. The targets were out of sight now. No matter, though. Augen had gotten more than enough information to bring back. And indeed, this would probably be very useful. Whatever these creatures were, they certainly weren't native to this part of multispace... And two of them. Very nice~...

"Grrrrrr..." That was the sound Augen's stomache made. Hunger. Convenient that he would be in the village when it would strike. Surely there was a good curry joint somewhere in this village. Looked like it was time to search...

So he ran to the rooftops. And then across them, running and jumping through the village canopy... That is, until his shoelace got caught on a tree-branch and he was sent plumetting to the ground. Right in front of the initial target. "Dammit," Augen muttered as he stood to the ground, not realizing that he had landed only five feet away from the boy he had been following earlier.

Hikaru started to feel hungry too, he was always hungry. Because he can fly and turn himself to metal it consumed energy. Hikaru looked arround for a place to eat. He turned arround and saw a person 5 feet away from him. Hikaru said "Hey, uhh, could you show me where the nearest restraunt is?"
Hikaru put his bangs in front of his eyes trying to hide the red scar on his eye. He wanted to look as normal as possible like the other humans.

[Augen]

The orange scientist stumbled to his feet, rubbing his eyes for a moment as he answered. "Hnn... Food? Yeah, I know there's some pla--" Augen paused when he looked over and realized who was asking the question. After about twenty seconds of silent staring Augen said. "Yeah. There are some places around here... I'm not sure where though. I was just seaching for one myself."

Hikaru thought, I wonder if I look suspicious.... Hikaru said "Well thanks, I'm off then..."
Hikaru walked arround town making detours arround the places that had many people. Hikaru wanted to avoid people and avoid scaring them. He walked into a random restraunt and then sat down.
