The new character will start out with 5 points.

*Reimu is out, adds new character taking 2 points from Marrisa and 3 points from Youmu*

Instead, The rule has been editted maybe, I will need a veto or a pass. If there is too many vetos, I would rewrite the edit, if the same results appear, I will go back to the orginal plan.

REVIVAL RULE

This encourages character adding after another character is out.

If a character reaches zero and gets kicked out, the next poster/posters can add a new character, revive a character WHO HASN'T PLAYED YET, so you can't revive someone who is already reached zero and kicked out. The maximum characters allowed to be playing in the rating game is 7. When a character dies, it makes 6, which leaves one slot open. The next poster can either choose to ignore the revival or use the revival. When the revival is used, the poster may add a new character on the last slot and they start with a total of 15 points. This gives the whole game 15 more points to play with. Which means, the game can be played up to each character having over 100 points. Warning! Revivors have a price to pay, if a poster decides to revive the character. The revivor may not post until all the ACTIVE previous posters have posted, it should not take long to get back in, you would not have to wait more than 10 posts to post again, so if 10 posts have past after you revived, you may post again.

Pro- Add a new characte, that has never played in the rating game, and play with an extra 15 points.
Penality- All active members have posted before you post OR waited 10 posts to pass by.

Please give others a chance to revive, even though its fun being the ultimate revivor. And no semi revivals, those don't count.
