Marisa is somewhat bewildered by your statement. Yeah, she does attract all the weirdos alright...oh, this person looks like the lasers that are shooting from the sky. Maybe she's causing them. Maybe she already knows that those mushrooms gave her a really bad experience one time and thus knows their effects to be somewhat maddening. You're already suspicious, that wasn't helping.

Marisa draws her Hakkero. You are not a good liar. There is no one to save you. If you try things like this, you are going to die without backup or a reasonable way to defend yourself.
This is why you need friends.
For now, let's just focus on the obvious. Really hard, now. Just because you think it's futile doesn't mean it's not the best option.
