Name: Genshuku (means: gravity)
Race: Human (and possibly part Lunarian, but hey, who can tell. Certainly not her, she's only 16. Give her some years.)
Appearance: Teal hair and eyes, very thin, physically weak, wears a white dress with a blue grid pattern on it, white skin, blue shoes, wields a crescent spear, which to her weighs absolutely nothing, but that's just her gravity power.
Age: 16
Personality: Turns on a dime, usually calm but after too much calmness can get tense, which is why she asks for duels if she ever gets too bored. She likes defending the innocent and is also able to assess a situation very well. Oh, and she is somewhat* poor, but donates(!) to the shrine.** Not that social, but can hold a conversation.
*Broke, will do work for money.

History: Ignore this completely, as soon as I'm accepted, I will make a thread about that.
Ability: The power to control gravity, but not completely.*
*It all depends on the day, and her actual power depends on her mood. During the day, she has normal control, and is uneffected by the moon. When the moon is out, well you can just read on. Able to make some things here and there move around, lift herself in the sky, or push away the rain. (handy) During battle, she can send things crashing to the ground, deflect a few projectiles and weaken a few blows. She does get tired though, so it's not like she can pin someone down until they scream mercy.
2 types of gravity control, 1 nothing state, and one special state:
Force: Push or pull, instantaneous single action that can tire after multiple uses. When she has a moment like fear, anger, very happy, thrill, other extreme emotions, this gets stronger and she tires less. However, the Field weakens. Better during Gibbous periods. 94% is the max area, lowering as it goes lower, and stopping during the 95-105% range.
Field: Weaker, covers a certain area or thing, can lift, but mostly used to repel or bring down. When feeling passive thoughts, this gets stronger. New and Crescent moons are a good time for this, being it's best at 6% and getting better as it rises, but stopping at the 95% to 105% range as always.
No control: She's helpless. She can't even lift her spear on the day of the full moon. Strangely, she went though this even during the Imperishable Night incident when it was supposed to be a full moon. Occurs between 95% and 105% (5%) of the moon being full.
Absolute control: Only during a state of dire need in order to protect something will she go in this state. All her powers will grow at a high rate, something like a limit break. She could even create a miniature black hole if she needed. She hasn't even been in this state yet. No specific time is she effected by the moon in this phase unless it's full, where she can't even go in it.
Here's another catch, the power over living things (and other things with a will, like ghosts ect) is greatly reduced. One is usually struck with the force of gravity, but based on their power of mind and strength they can resist it altogether. Good thing, like most people, she can use danmaku. Better, she can shift it around.
Strengths: Her power is pretty nice.
Good with her spear.
Assessing the situation is also a nice thing.
Weaknesses: She's poor, and that makes her have a weakness to money.
During the full moon, she's helpless.
