Oh boy (Open)

Kit grinned a little from her camanion's answer and focused her hearing a little.

"We have company...." She mumbled aloud.

A little creature, a fairy, with dozens of others of themselves headed at them. Kit looked at them as they stopped in front of Ozma. She could see a few of them running away for an odd reaso but the one at th front didnt move, instead it looked confused. Kit jumped down inbetween Ozma and the little fire fairy and smiled.

"Hiya who are you?" She asked unnoticably suspiciosly.

Her tail flicked from side to side as she looked at the fairy. She guessed the the little one was Ozma's friend and turned to Ozma.

"Friend of yours?" She couldnt help but ask pointing back to the fairy with a sly smile.

The focused hearing allowed Kit to catch a little of the mumbling by the grunts:

"Yeah, we should get out of here, what if Ozma comes over here and...wait, why is she wi--"
"Erm, you do realize someone could be listening. She did say not to mumble like this too...yeah, lets get out of here..."

The remaining grunts flee, but Honoo finally 'got it': These people are somehow related to Ozma, and she's in charge. Intent on getting to the bottom of this, she pulled out a spell card, with quite the fiery passion (and ignoring Kit's question completely):

MAX Power: "Pele's Wrath"

5 spell circles surround Honoo, each one blasting it's own rather large flamethrower. All of the blasts were aimed at Ozma, who saw this coming, and jumped to the left in order to get out of the way.

Ozma still replied: "No, actually."

Kit's ear twitched as the little things huddled in their little group corner thing...ya. She stood straight and took a few steps back when she saw the fairy thing she asked pull out a card. Her eyes stared in dissapiontment.... She could at least answer me before she attacks geeze.... She said to herself in her mind. She did something but Kit didnt pay attention instead she just watched as five little circles shot out fire. The shots aimed at Ozma who obviosly just moved left and dodged so simply.

"Well someone woke on the wrong side of their little bed huh." Kit joked and just stood there and watched until Ozma was out of the way.

"Illusion..." She said in a low mumble

She held out her hand in a snap-like position and her fingers clasp into a snap. The area around them began to seem to wave. The trees curled and twisted as the sky look like it was squishing together. The ground began to wave and made it unsteady or thats what it seemed like. Kit's body appeared to evaporate and turned to dust out of no where.

"Sorry Ozma but this is the ony way I can help." Kit's voice rang out from all directions.

Honoo heard what Kit said, and was not happy...well she wasn't happy to begin with, but the fact this person seemed so willing to be near this person and even help her was enough to make her angry at Kit too. What a temper...

When Kit cast her illusion spell, everything looked disoriented. But Ozma could see though illusions like this one clear as day. Distorting a chaotic beings view was nigh impossible to do. Ozma knew that she was not lieing when she said what she did, and knew she would have to fight the fairy herself. So, she cast several simple wind magic tornadoes at Honoo, which would deflect the fire as they hit. And it worked, the tornadoes did indeed do so as they hit Honoo.

"No problem, I'll try to do the rest myself~"

Which she may not even have to do, as her power was pretty high.

Kitsune was on a branch invisible to those who couldnt see through the illusion. She held her hand in front of her in a fist psition but with her middle and index finger sticking upward. She looked down at the two and could only watch. Kit wasnt good with taking hits...she was...a more....runnaway and never come back, until tommrow.

Kitsune tried to make the illusion more complicated and maybe a bit more real looking. She was only using half of her illusional capabilities. She made the world look twisted and had discoloration. She hoped that it wouldnt affect Ozma but that it would affect the fairy.

Honoo was unable to keep the spell card up after the tornadoes hit her, and she was knocked out of the spell card's trance. What followed was a small fit of confusion: what the heck happened to the forest? It looked...weird, and the person had vanished. (Left?)

These questions plagued Honoo's mind alongside the rest, but of course the best way to fix problems is to eliminate the cause of the ones that you have at the moment, because those happen to be around at the moment. And as Ozma was still visible, she could always fire 'fire' blasts at her, right?

Her internal question was answered as she was smacked by another tornado. The answer was obviously 'yes, but perhaps a change in tactics would help here' and so she indeed did change tactics, by changing spellcards:

MAX Power: "Descent of Ra"

Honoo then went alight in fire. Or rather, she became the fire itself, a giant fireball. She then charged at Ozma (quite quickly) and Ozma barely had time to jump out of the way (almost losing her balance upon landing). Honoo of course was smarter than to charge at the ground...or was she?

The illusion had made the ground just a little bit closer than it looked like, making Honoo land on the ground quite abruptly, stopping for a while trying to regain her focus (and making the trance slightly weaker on her, thus the spell card will end up ending sooner than expected for her).

However, the fire trail she had left had caught a nearby bush on fire. It was a small one (referring to the fire, not the bush, the bush was actually somewhat large), but of course that would grow. Honoo didn't notice (thanks to the illusion), but at the moment she wouldn't have cared. Ozma didn't notice at all.

Maybe the fire fairy had reason, maybe it didn't. Most faeries didn't, but this one did. But who would be able to distinguish the smart from the dumb if one only took a look at their appearance? That might narrow it down, but it ends up leading exclusions of some smart and inclusions of the dumb. And yes, this is related to the topic at hand.

Ozma had no idea how to fight a fireball that was charging at her, but of course, she had to dodge it. If she simply tried to attack the fireball, thus saving some wonderful time, she would take what would be to most a deadly blow, but regardless, she would stand. This would result in more hard to answer questions.

Kitsune smiled a bit from afar to see that Ozma was doin just fine. To her it looked like if she stayed she would have only been in the way. Her tail swished and she chuckled a little creepily which prettymuch echoed right into her illusion. She sat cross legged on a branch a little ways away and watched the two while she missmatched things real into things of confusion which would probably not even be at all that hard.

It looked like that fairy was pretty much falling for it so easily, Kit actually thought that she would see right through it. For a few seconds Kit chuckled creepily until she smelled smoke. A large chill went down her spine when sh saw a pretty big bush nearby was o fire and Kit freaked a little. It would be very bad if the place went down in smoke and Kit pratially jumped out of her skin as she ran over.

She got a nearby fresh branch with leaves and began to beat the fire into bloody oblivion. Unnoticbly as soon as she finished she accidently let go of her illusion and looked at the two who her fighting and instictively jumped back. She stood a few feet from where Ozma was.

"Hold her back for a bit and I'll try and put it up again..." The fox girl chuckled embarassly.

The fox put her fingers together and began to recongerate a more powerful illusion but of course it always took time and thats what she needed now sadly enough.

The chuckle did not go unnoticed by Honoo. As well as it fit with the illusion, it was still there after all. She then knew that whoever the hell was doing this needed to stop. Now. However, that thought would be answered when the girl noticed the bush Honoo had accidentally caught on fire. She then noticed everything go clear again, and someone that wasn't there before appearing. Obviously, this person was behind it, and it was not the best thing for her battle if she made a better one. So, Honoo mercilessly charged at her, as the gigantic fireball she was on both the inside and the outside. Ozma tried to stop the rampaging fireball with water magic (because that was the only way she could really do anything to a fireball that had no solid inside), but the water turned to steam before it even made it. Ozma would have jumped in the way, but of course that would mean the fireball would get them BOTH at the same power. That would suck.

It seemed as though she was still somewhat visible in there however, and she was, pardon the expression, PISSED. REALLY. REALLY. PISSED. Insane, even. She finds out who is hunting her down, but then even the forest folk go on defending the oddball that is not from here, does not even look like she was ever around here before, and they probably just met or something. And on top of it all, she was a freaking illusionist. Just her luck...

Kitsune jerked to find a giant fireball headed straight her way and when Ozma's water didn't stop it Kit's heart stopped pratically. She frantically ran behind Ozma and grabbed her by the waist and jumped upward. She used her illusions again the best she could this time the place was squiggly and Kit dissapeared and hopefully Ozma did too or else they could be in trouble. Kit landed on a tree branch and pulled a hair out of her tail and tied it onto Ozma's finger.

"That should help I hope." Kit smiled at Ozma and began to complicate the illusion so bad that she was getting aserious head ache.

"Try and hurry to finish her before I pass out from this stupid headache, kay?" She joked a little.

She didn't have any other defense that she wanted to use so ya.

Ozma was indeed carried by Kit, and hidden as well. As she tied the hair onto Ozma's finger, she replied to all of this with a simple:

"Thank you~"

Honoo, however, was in the almost worst of possible moods. Now they both vanished, and she couldn't see Ozma at all, nor the girl that was hiding everything and making it all look weird. Of course, plan B. Or rather almost plan B.

"Damn it...where the hell did they go!?"

And with this statement, something inside cracked. It was both her sanity level and the seal that sealed away a huge power that had cracked just there. Of course, the best way to find the people that hid in the trees was to make it all a giant inferno. Hiding in fire was really really dumb after all.

She knew her spell card was about to time out, but of course before it does, she had to get to work on making everything she could see a huge inferno. That, was plan B. Disregarding that important conversation entirely with that Yama, go figure...

Honoo's flames darkened to a near black, but Honoo wasn't even paying attention anymore. They both just needed to die. (Of course, this was not her sane version of thinking, but sane is currently being thrown out the window. Look at it fall.)

She then ran towards the nearest tree, and then through it and onto the next one in the immediate area. This, of course, would set it on fire.

Ozma was having thoughts about just getting the hell out by now.

"That spell made her untouchable...of course it shouldn't be long before it wears out, but I've got a bad feeling...that is being confirmed right now."

Honoo was losing control. And in a very bad way.

"Oh dear I think I made her mad....." Kit mumbled as she saw the destruction the little thing was doing.

Kitsune sighed and looked at her human form hand for a second, and clenched it into a fist. Her eyes then looked back to the thing that going the completely wrong way to get them yet being Godzilla and destroying everything.

"Well I could do something but I highly doubt it'll work....Good Luck Ozma!" Kitsune whimpered at first then patted her friend on the shoulder with a big smile.

The fox jumped off the branch and her body became engulfed in something like blue fire and her form changed on the inside. Her body turned into a giant fox with nine tails. The girl pulled a katana from a hidden she on her back.

"You comin, after all I'll blame you if the place burns down." Kit joked and stuck her tongue out.
"Hope you can keep up." kit called as she began to run on threes with a katana in her hand and her illusion strengthening. Her claws scraped the ground and her tails waved wildly behind as she was catching up to the little thing really quickly.

Ozma had to agree there, she was certainly not happy. When she said 'Good luck", Ozma said: "Same to you..." When she changed, Ozma was reminded of her own natural form. She did want to check to see if it was working again, but something called her common sense told her that that was not really the best idea. But, Ozma needed to help Kit out, so Ozma too rushed towards Honoo, shooting lightning at her in order to disperse the flames and attack Honoo before she did anything that would hurt Kit.

As a last 'fuck you' before her card ran out, Honoo flew slightly backwards. If Kit moved too fast, she would be caught in the giant fireball's trail. Afterward, the card's time 'ran out', and Honoo, now not really thinking anymore, attacked with the flames (in the form of fireballs), which got darker than they were before. She didn't even have to get angrier to finally snap, she was already slipping down. However, the lightning pierced the flames and hit Honoo, the lightning able to hit the flames and not Kit (and because the bolt was big enough, the flames went away).

...

...

Shit.

Honoo seemingly started exploding right there, on the spot, and kept on with the explosions. The explosions made anything nearby quickly burn to ashes.

But it did not look like Honoo was crashing down anytime soon.

The fox made sure to keep her body away from the fireballs and lighytning that were coming from both the front and the back. Her speed increased as she dodged in the remaining parts of the forest and ran along through there. As soon as the explosions began Kit stopped for a second and tied her ribbon with her bell onto her katana and threw it. She couldn't tell if she hit or not but when she retracted it she completely had missed and began to run as fast she could (which was pretty fast) to get behind the little fairy with anger managment issues.

Her fur flashed through the bushes and brambles like lightning in the clouds and hid in the shadows. Kit tried to think quickly but the only thing she had in mind was to either to fight hand to hand or use a card for her illusion and escape with Ozma but her illusions probably wouldn't work anymoe but it was worth a try. My plan A and plan B mehehe. Kit's thoughts echoes through her mind.

She ran out of her bush and jumped with katana at hand struck through the air not eeven thinking if she hit or not, higher chance of missing (like usual) then jolted herslf back into the bushes behind. She made sure her figure would be safe with the remaining forest.

"Now you see me and now you don't!" Kit called and her body began to turn to dust.

She activated a self illusion that way she wouldn't get tired but everything was still the same other than the part where Kit couldn't be seen by the naked eye.

(Shes still runnin around though.)

When the explosions had stopped, it seemed as though what stood there was pretty much not the same thing that had attacked them. It was still angry, but now it was more of a demented look. She seemed to be made of black fire, and was about the same shape that she was before. However, her power had risen far, far more higher than it was before. The Ignis Stone inside her was unsealed by the anger, and was reacting with that anger to produce a huge amount of destructive anger and power. In any case, the demonic power inside had awakened, and the thing decided to chat with the people it was going to fry anyway. Maybe have a nice dinner when it was done.

"Do I need so see you, little girl?"

The voice of this thing was a dead giveaway that something happened over here. The second strike had hit, but it seemed to not really care. Instead, it pulled out a card:

EX Form: "Sun's Pulse"

And then, several flame waves came from Honoo, which destroyed everything in it's path, even the ground (causing a crater).

Now, you could be invisible, but if you were caught in that, you were either going to be crippled, or you happen to be a hell of a good dodger (Which in Gensokyo, was quite possible). Of course, the seemingly best defensive move was to not get close (being too close was like asking to get killed), but of course having a katana makes this really hard to do.

Ozma, knowing that this thing was on a totally different ballgame than whatever she was facing before, was forced to kick everything up several notches, and was forced to use some very strong magic now. Maybe too strong, but of course she wasn't going to run until Kit was.

"...This is bad. If you haven't noticed, this is VERY bad."

Ozma then shot some more lightning, smaller but more concentrated than before at Honoo. This time however, the flames destroyed the lightning.

Thankfully Kitsune's true form was like a master of speed and could easily dodge that huge fire blast but even if she only kept dodging nothing could help from running but saving her life. She ran around a few times and after a short while she stopped right behind Ozma.

"I have a dispel and an illusion spell, think you can think of a way for me to use them. I'm not to sure if my dispel will work very well but i can certainly use it to slow spells down." She explained to Ozma and then sheathed her katana and cracked her knuckles.

This would be the first time she was in a dangerous pinch and was not about to lose to the little fairy but she didn't have many tricks up her sleaves but she thought if she did what Ozma said everything would workout much better since she had already known the little twisted one.
