Storms {open}

The day was silent and calm in the mountains, it was even rather sunny out. Until from nowhere a dark cloud formed high above in the sky. The dark clouds moved quickly in covering the sky making it appear to be night. Loud booms of thunder break the silence as the storm begins.

Raiju was sleeping under a large tree when the storm started. The electricity that flowed through him becoming super charged as his fur absorbed the electrical energy. As the storm brewed so did his temper, it was only during these storms did Raiju become enragged. Turning into pure electric energy he starts to fly through the tree's and ripping apart a few as his body smashed into them making a sound that mimiced thunder. Soon though he dropped back down into the earth and laid down . Trying his best to remain calm and relaxed. But this was not so easy to do.

A boy seemed concentrated, sitting against a rock, the rock had a little overhand of trees and other natural objects that would block out most the rain when it was to fall.

The boy seemed to jsut sit there, arms and legs crossed, and his eyes closed as if he was sleeping while sitting up. But the look on his face, the frustrated angered look showed he was not asleep, just stressed about something.

Without a single word spoken from mouth, the boys eyes sot open and he slammed his fist into the side of the rock with an angered growl " Why cant I find her!" he snarled" I shouldn't of ran to lure that creature away! I should of killed it there and stayed with her...." he held his head" no.." he snarled that wouldn't of worked.. I would of still needed to lure it away..but still" he sighed to calm himself down and breathed in real fast, then back out.

He looked up at the stormy skys, his eyes very serious as he did" I sure hope shes okay out there..." he said softly "and hopefully shes not anywhere near this storm..."

Standing up he streches out his body and begins to walk through the forest. His claws digging into the ground as he stalks around the forest with a high amount of anger filling his body. Electrical surges shoot from his body like static electricity as he continued his walk heading deeper into the forest so he would not be noticed by any of the beings who lived around the mountain. Until his nose caught the scent of a boy. Going into full run towards the smell his body takes the shape of a lightning bolt like wolf shape.

It took only a few seconds for him to find the oy and when he did he returned to full size and his normal shape. Looking down he stares at the boy, making sure to not be noticed. Then from behind the boy he let out a thunderous growl.

Koto's ears flicked up some as soon as he head the growl, it had caused tho boy to jump a little bit, enough so that he was in a crouching position.

He snarled and started to look around a little bit, placing his hands gently on his sword that was located at his side. He wasn't going to strike until he knew waht he was up against, till he know what the thing that happened to be back there was.

His eyes shifted to behind the rock slightly, not seeing anything in truth, but being aware that , that did not mean there was nothing their. "Show yourself" he seemed to say simply but in a forceful angered way. His voice sounded almost vicious.

THe boy in truth was ready for just about anything, tough he wasn't exacutly in the mood to fight something, he would if he had to. "Show yourself now!" he demanded.

Raiju just looked down at the boy with his fangs baring towards him. Dropping down to the ground in front of him he growled at the boy a bit. Lowering his head down to look the boy directly in the face static electricity surges from his body to the boys so his hair was standing on edge.

Electrical static was the least amount of electricity Raiju put off. And no matter what it was always sent to those around him. Raiju was standing in a defenseless stance and made himself as least offensive as possible so the boy would know he was not going to attack.

Koto growled a bit and pulled the sword from his side out of its sheath and held it infront of him. The sword seemed to have a sheen or glow to it at the moment, though it didn't seem to strong now. Koto wasn't putting any energy into charging his attacks right now. he wasn't even sure why this best had landed infront of him, but the tall boy kept his composure.

He was pretty good at handling himself under any kind of attack ,he had to be that way for him protecting his little sister, which he wished he could find.

"waht the hell do you want?" he asked in a vicious way. eyes narrowing to him, hoping Raiju could actually answer him, but somehow the boy doughted it.

Raiju snarled a bit at the tone the boy had but decided to not come off as being ready to kill the boy. As he knew all to well he was forbidding to just harm any being with out a really good reason. Dropping down onto his belly he lays down in front of the boy. As he lays still electrical shocks shoot from his body burning marks into the ground. It took some time to form out what he wanted to tell the boy using only his power. This all would be so much easier if he could still talk or take his human form.

The ground after he finished had these words imprinted into the earth. "I am Raiju, i am not here to cause you harm but rather curious to why you are here and why you seem to be so mad. As who i am or what i am you have no real reason to need to know, just know if i can help i will. "

Koto looked down at the words that were now imprinted into the ground and lowered his sword slightly. Still keeping the sharp blade unsheathed, but he seemed less tense now, after simply reading waht has been said. He seemed to let out a slight sigh and lean on the rock again slightly. looking away from Raiju.

"well the way you sprung out like that, anything could be fooled to think you were going to attack." Koto said in a simple way.looking down at his sword. "and why I am here and why I seem angry is no buiness of yours!" he snapped a little bit.

Koto was not a trusting person, not in the least, he wasn't going to tell someone about his lost little sister right away, even if this person said they wanted to help. Koto just had bad luck with people, he didnt want to make the mistake of telling the wrong person.

Raiju shook his head at the boy bot before him. So much anger and lack of trust for a boy as young as he. He wondered what had made the boy this way but fromjm the workd and times he has seen he could figure it out rather easily. Standing up he shakes his body a bit tossing any debree that may have stuck to him. The ground where he once laid was burnt and chared black. Moving towards the boy with caution he lowers his head and nodges him and lifts his left paw until he could pat the boy on the shoulder.

Turning around Raiju started to walk away if the boy wished to be left alone and not accept his help he would not force it. His ears perk up quickly as the sound of a branch braking off a few feet away alerts him. His fur sends shocks of electricity though the area around him as a low growl forms from his stomach up to his throat.

Stepping out from the forest and into the small opening a rather large man with a sword strapped to his back stares at Raiju a grin spread on his face. "Ah Raiju the guardian of thunder or also called the thunder demon shikigami of Raiden. What a surprise it is to see you here." The man starts to walk forwards but as he does a large amount of electricity surges from Raiju scorching tthe ground as it fires towards the man. Standing still the man takes the blow and it is knocked off to the left of him like it was a small ball. "Raiju why attack ? I just want..."

The man was interrupted as his body became paralysed. Walking towards the man Raiju stares at him with his mouth open and teeth showing letting a loud growlf come from deep with in. And the ground around him starts to heat up as the electricity over Raiju's body intensifies and he stares at the man figuring out what he should do.

Kotso ears flicked up now, looking over at where the creature was going. He seemed suprised that he has put his paw on his sholder as if he was triyng to tell him something. Koto let aout anouther sigh and looked away. "why do I gotta be some dumb.." he growled to himself.

"he could a helped me find Sarah. Maybe had had seen her somewhere... I have to ask someone for help.." he shook his head 'no, what am I thinking...some of these people around here are dangerious and would take no sooner opportunity to try and find a young youkai on their own and kill it.. I cant let anyone know Sarah's out there alone.. I cant' he growled softly to himself again. Rubbing the back of his head.

He looked as her herd a slight commotion. and he sighed, pushing himself up and walking toward where it happened, his ears flicking up in a curious like way as he looked at Raiju then at the paralyzed man and he raised an eyebrow out of curiosity" waht went on here?" he asked in a curious way. Letting out anouther small sigh

Turning around he looks at the boy and lowers his head. Being unable to talk was one thing he detested more then even hunters like the man paralyzed behind him. Walking towards the boy he turns around at his side and sits down. Even though Raiju was a demon he was mostly well behaved and kind compared to what most may think.

The electricity shoots from his body once again burning words into the ground so he could explain what had gone on. It took some time but soon it was finished. Raiju kept his eyes on the frozen hunter and his teeth showed as he snarled at him.

The Letter: "The man paralyzed their is what most call hunters, They hunt demons like myself for game and kill us off. Luckily for me im not as evil as others like myself or he might be in far worse condition, but i also am not allowed to kill."

His glance turned back towards the boy waiting till he made a response. He did wish to help this boy but first he would need to gain the boys trust. And sometimes that was not easily as a few spoken words. In these cases actions meant more.

Koto looked at him, then looked down at the words again and let out a slight sigh. His ears twitching back against his head. "I know what a hunter is..." He said softly before looking down at the passed out guy "I'm a demon too ya know.." he closed his eyes a moment and let out a small sigh. His ears twitched back against his head.

"and Hunters are part of the reason why I don't trust people at all....don't trust many people at all. His tail twitched in an angry way." I'm scared if I tell someone what im looking for....and if that person happens t o be a hunter..they might go after what im looking for themselves..." he looked away, he finally deiced to tell.

" I'm looking for my little Sister..." he said softly looking at him. He looked over at him " I lost her.... And I cant seem to find her again. Shes really little, and the way Ive learned some hunters are they would take no sooner chance to go after a defenseless youkai, even a harmless one like my sister..."

Raiju listened to The boy and made the decision to help him find his little sister. It was one reason why he was sent to this place to aid those who need help and what better then to help out this boy. And he decided to let the boy know a secret of his own. Opening his giant mouth he lowers his head and from withing his mouth a small gem falls out with a string attached to it. The gem was clear but inside it had a tiny little storm inside. Letting it land on his paw he lifts the paw and tosses it towards the boy.


This gem was a type of connection to Raiju his body could create them and it would tie him to who ever wore it. Only three people in the universe now had one. Raiden This boy and a young Girl who he had helped long ago. These precious gems allowed for people to be able to understand Raiju with out him actually talking as well as be able to call on him at any time.

The hunter then finally stood up an angry look on his face. He had over herd the boy talking about the young child and thought he would be able to get to her quickly and use her as bait to capture the two with out being harmed. As he stood up and started to run away Raiju herd his foot steps. Opening his mouth a ball of electricity forms and is shot towards the man. On contact the ball encoats the mans body sending surges through his entire body. And he drops to the ground not dead but unable to move ever again since his nervous system was now destroyed.

Koto looked down at the Gem. he seemed confused a moment, he raised an eyebrow some" wahts this?" he asked. Seeming really confuzed. His tail twitched a little bit" it seems odd somehow" he squeezed it in his hand a little bit, his ears twitching up, then back down again.

He stopped when he say the guy run, seeming to let ou a loud growl, but was kind of happy when Raiju paralized him with lightning so he coult not run anymore. His ears twitched back some" and that there proved my point" he sighed, he had the feeling that goy was going to go after his sister. "and sadly my Sister woudlnt fight, she disnt like to hurt anything...thats why I'm so worried about her..."

He looked out at the forest" shes TOO trusting..."

"I see your point then why you are so worried. The necklace will allow you to understand me . As long as you have it you can always talk to me." Turning back towards the boy he takes a seat and looks at him directly. Wondering weather or not he could truly help this boy find his sister but he would try. "So where was the last place she was? This forest is large and may take time to get to far. "

Even as calm and relaxed as Raiju was right now the electricity that pulsed through his body was surging wildly through his fur. That was one thing about him that made no sense. What was it that made this electrical current run constantly? The only place no electricity flowed was on his neck.
