Now came the time to admit his dark revelation...Seth was completely and utterly lost. He'd been wondering around for what seemed hours, though from what he could see of the sky there were a few hours of darkness left...he hoped, he couldn't tell for sure though thanks to the trees, and he had to get out of here before sunrise, or worse, a shower. Seth pulled his jacket tighter around him as he was want to do when he was nervous, a habit he picked up from when he realized weapons were necessary and something to be kept hidden in this world. He longed to have some sort of automatic, even a bloody pistol would cheer him up right about then, but alas all he had was that good old silver knife he always carried on his hip. Though as of yet he hadn't met anything remotely dangerous, he just hoped things would stay that way.
He reached into his pocket and lit a cigarette using his last match, taking a deep drag he proceeded in a straight line through the over growth. It would be too risky to try to wait out the day time which seemed to him as though it would raise it's ugly head over the overgrowth any minute. He beat down the feeling of impending doom, but that little tickle of nerves still bothered him, even if he'd only been in here maybe an hour.

Drake was annoyed. He had left one forest only to find himself in another. This one seemed to be nothing but bamboo... This was ridiculous! Everything looked the same. Drake tried to head in as straight a direction as possible, but he had a feeling that he wasn't succeeding. He was in dragon form however, so he was able to simply fly over the shorter obstacles...
Drake then realized... He could probably just fly above the entire forest! Before he tried to do that however, he saw a light. That looked like... Fire! Drake rushed over, prepared to try to put it out. However, he then saw that it was a lighter. And the person using it had... A cigarette? Drake was slightly confused. People didn't normally have those here, did they?
Drake flew through the air toward the man standing there. Who are you? he asked, Are you lost too? I'm Drake. If you need help getting out, I can probably fly above the trees and help look. He technically wasn't really "speaking" out loud. When he was in dragon form, it was actually more like telepathy.

Seth froze, moving only his hand to put out the match as he watched the creature approach, it stopped as it saw him, and though it didn't seem to have any wish to rip him limb from limb, which it very well probably could, his left hand still hoovered close to his hip where that pathetic excuse for a knife was hidden under his jacket. Seeing bizarre creatures had stopped surprising Seth a long time ago, what did shock him however was the thoughts, which weren't his, but forced it's way into his mind like some intruding hand. He didn't appreciate the feeling in the least and couldn't help glancing behind him as though in hope someone was there talking and he hadn't just gone mad.
Sometimes Seth still thought that maybe this was all some wild dream he was conjuring as he sat rocking back and forth in some asylum. But even if it was he'd come to accept the reality that, well...he wasn't getting out of it any time soon, dream or no dream. "I-" he said, cigarette still between his lips, before stopping and took it between two finger allowing it to smoulder a moment in his hand as a bubble of laugher burst in his stomach as he wondered what someone would think if they passed by, a smirk meeting his pale features, a vampire talking to some wild animal, well least he was moving up the social ladder from thin air
Seth glanced behind him once more and winced, as though the thought of talking to some creature actually physically hurt, but he really did need to get out of this place. "Yeah, I am" Seth nodded, not wanting to admit he needed help to find his way out, so he just shrugged nonchalantly "If you want" Seth deliberately ignored the first question, he wasn't going to tell this...whatever it was, who he was, far from it, people didn't like vampires around this place and he'd become quite attached to his limbs, and he was not risking having maybe met this thing before, no matter how certain he was that he hadn't

Drake said, Well, I'm going up there anyway. No real reason not to help you, so I will... He did wonder what was up with this guy's attitude though. Drake flew up, until he was above the forest of bamboo... When he realized that it was so dark in the forest because it was night time. Even with his sharp dragon eyes, he couldn't see nearly far enough to tell where the edge of the forest was, or even where a clearing might be.
Drake went back down to the forest floor, where the man was, It's too dark, I can't see far enough... Drake explained. He let out a sigh. Then, he decided that he wanted to be in human form. No real reason, he just wanted to be in human form, just like he sometimes wanted to be in dragon form.
A flash of light, and Drake was in human form again. He was knelt down on his right knee. He pushed himself off of the ground, bringing himself to his full height of six feet and seven inches. He looked over at the man again, "I don't feel like going the rest of the way through the forest tonight." he said, "Do you mind if I wait here until morning? If you don't want me nearby... Well, you could always just walk away yourself." he said to the man, chuckling slightly at the end.
Drake sat down on the ground. He didn't really feel tired right now, surprisingly, but he didn't really want to try going through the forest at night right now. He started thinking about the weirdness that had happened since he'd come to Gensokyo... Let's see, he'd lost his powers, run into a creature that was literally evil in physical form, heard a demonic voice that controlled that creature, been possessed by a demonic mirror image of himself that had been sealed inside him some time ago, beaten that mirror image in a dream sequence, gotten lost in a forest, and tried talking to a random stranger who also looked lost in the forest while he was still in dragon form, then went back to human form and decided to sit down without warning...
Yeah, that summed it up. Although, those last few parts weren't things that were weird to him, they were probably more weird to this other guy right here, who was probably also wondering what the heck was going on. Truth be told, craziness in itself was almost routine for Drake. The thing about craziness though, it was rather unpredictable, and always found a way to shake you up... In Drake's case anyway.

Seth nodded, wincing again at the sound in his head, telepathy felt like such an intrusion, it blocked out all other sense, sure it never lasted long, but it forced you to listen, which was disconcerting to say the least. He watched with interest as the creature moved towards the sky, breathing a sigh of relief a moment just to have that mind thing stopped. He took another drag of his cigarette and backed up a bit so that the dragon could land without hitting him or anything.
Seth looked back up at the bamboo shoots which blotted out the sky almost completely. He was able to make out a few stars though as he could naturally see quite well in the dark. He watched with mild interest as the other returned to human form, okay that made this a little easier, at least now he knew two things, one he wasn't mad, the other it wasn't so much a thing meaning it was...somewhat less likely to want him dead...granted that was pretty much fifty fifty, but as long as he keeps his fangs in his mouth he should be fairly safe.
Seth wasn't exactly a coward, he didn't intend to run or hide, but experiance has taught him to expect danger at every turn, it was because he was naive once that he lost his humanity. However, what the man said next did frighten Seth. He turned his gaze back to the man, his eyes only slightly wide, but he could feel a nervous fear scratching at the back of his mind "Knock yourself out." he nodded to the other with a dismissive nod "I...I can't stay here. Shit. Do you even have a basic direction of which way is out...?" he asked, for the first time since they'd met a hint of fear meeting his tone
Seth doubted he'd be able to get out of here before sunrise at this rate, but was there really anywhere he was fully hidden from the sun? What if there was rain? Seth pinched the bridge of his nose and scowled in frustration...he was going to die here, lost in some forest with some guy/thing... His hand shook a little as he brought the cigarette up to his lips and took a deep drag to calm himself, there was a one in four chance give or take that he'd make it out of here he figured, and that's without beating the sun...

"Do you even have a basic direction of which way is out...?" Drake heard the man ask. He looked up at the man, confused, especially at how he suddenly sounded afraid. "Er, no, not really." he said, "Presumably, no matter which direction you go, if you succeed in going straight, you'll get out, but..." Drake sighed, "I can't see far enough until it's a bit brighter out. We can just wait until morning, can't we?"
Drake chuckled, "It's not as if the sun will make everything burst into flames, right?" Little did he realize how ironic that statement was...

"Fuck!" Seth swore and kicked at one of the bamboo shoots in frustration, which did him no good, just made his foot hurt and again pinched his nose and closed his eyes to try to keep his temper in check "Please tell me your really blind in the dark" he sighed
he opened his eyes again and shook his head, ran a hand through his hair and stood there practically glaring at the bamboo as he contemplated running in a random direction and hoping for the best, but this place had no bloody end!
"Some of us don't want to stay here until morning" Seth snapped glaring at Drake, it wasn't Drakes fault but Seth was frightened, and when he got frightened he got angry, his way of covering up the fear. "I wouldn't be so sure of that" Seth growled flashing the other man his fangs before just shaking his head and with a quick 'fuck this' started in some random direction

Drake started getting annoyed, "I apologizing for being part dragon instead of part owl," he said sarcastically. "Should I try and find a way to rewrite my power for your convenience then?" This guy really was getting annoying. Then, the man showed unusually sharp teeth, fangs, while responding to Drake's comment about the sun. He finally realized what was going on. His eyes widened, as he said, "...Oh."
Drake sighed, "I have no idea. Well, we could try digging a hole in the ground for you to hide from the sunlight?" he said, half-joking a little nervously. "I have no real ideas, I'm sorry. I could wander a bit, and see if I notice the edge of the forest. I can't see as far at night as during the day, but I can see a decent distance..." He wasn't sure what to say.
Drake didn't know how to handle vampires really. There were different kinds, and he didn't know what kind this one was. Without knowing anything about who this man really was, he couldn't really do anything. As far as Drake knew, this man was a merciless killer... Or an innocent victim. He had no idea, and until he knew more, he would at least attempt to help this man survive so he could find out.

"Wow you can use sarcasm, I've never heard anyone use that before." Seth growled, voice dripping with venom "Oh is fucking right" he hissed looking up at the sky nervously, his hand resting against one of the bamboo roots, which shattered in his grip by mistake, but stayed standing, the top part caught by other such roots.
"have to be damned deep" Seth smirked running a hand through his hair and biting the inside of his lip before regarding the other man, he felt temped to ask why the other wasn't trying to kill him at present, but then again, why push his luck "Yeah, well I can see at night and I haven't seen a bloody exit yet"
Seth sighed again, this was not good, why was he even here in the first place...he remembered smelling blood, and he was hungry, so her pursued it and....here he was. "I don't have time to stand around like this" he growled, rubbing his eyes a moment before turning on his heel and walking in some random direction, he was on the move for two reasons, one of those being obvious, he needed to get out, the other being that he never did find the blood he was looking for and dinner was right behind him...dinner that could kill him maybe, but when your hungry enough your not always aware of that

Drake was rapidly getting sick of this man. He couldn't just try to kill the guy, nor could he just leave him behind. However, he was getting sick of this. Drake wasn't strong enough in dragon form to try and lift the man up into the sky or anything, that would be ridiculous. Drake took a few deep breaths, and said, "I'll fly up above the forest again and wander in one direction for a bit. Not far, just to see if I can see an exit or something in the distance..."
In a flash of light, Drake was in dragon form again. He flew into the air above the forest, and started trying to see if he could find the edge of the forest, or possibly some shelter for the man...

Tewi sensed a disturbance. Well, she sensed a lot of disturbances in the forest recently, but she could only deal with them one at a time. Geez, what was with all these people trounching through rabbit territory? She wasn't worried about it at first, but it was starting to get rediculous. Apparently twenty-two traps have gone of in the last two days. Twenty-four of them! She even heard that someone had the audacity to claim part of the forest as their home! Tewi didn't really care for security since it was fun to mess with anyone that came into the forest, but this was just unbelievable.
She hopped through the forest in search of people. Normally she would be asleep right now, but she agreed to patrol this area of the forest at this hour. Well, it was more like Reisen bullied her into agreeing, but whatever. Things were pretty uneventful for the first few hours, but then she saw a flash of light through the bamboo. About time, patrolling was getting really boring. She hopped slowly and quietly at first, and her floppy rabbit ears twitched a bit as she listened to their conversation. So they were lost eh? Serves them right for invading rabbit territory. However, this could be interesting. She rubbed her chin and smirked; it was a sign that the two people over there should be very, very afraid.
"So I hear you're lost," she came out of hiding and tried to look as cute as possible. Considering she was a rabbit in a frilly pink dress it wasn't all that hard to look totally innocent. "I might know how to get out. Maybe."
She smirked again and turned around. It was clear that she was trying very hard to be nonchalant; she even started whistling.

Seth sighed and watched as the other man sped off, maybe he should make his escape now, someone helping a vamp with no questions asked is just too good to be true. But...he really did need out, as previously stated. Seth really did distaste vampireism. He leaned against some of the roots, closed his eyes and hummed a tune he used to know so well, it was what he was practising for his piano exam when he got home. Of course he never was going to be getting home, but he still liked the tune.
He opened his eyes as a new sound caught his senses, and the scent of blood, not the type he'd be interested in though, something inhuman. "Who's asking?" he asked raising an eye brow, smirking at the sight of something which looked ever so innocent and back home would likely have laced those silly little cartoons he watched as a kid "And I'm guessing you either aren't going to tell me, or you want something in return for telling me right?" he smirked yeah, sure she was innocent.
He looked up trying to spot Drake, of course he couldn't, but he wondered vaguely what the other would make of this.

Drake saw movement. Pink movement. Almost right where he had been earlier. He flew down to investigate. There was a... Bunny girl. In a pink dress. Who was very clearly only pretending to be innocent. What's going to happen now? Drake wondered, feeling a slight headache coming on. He didn't bother shifting out of dragon form as he finished coming down.
Like he said, I can't forsee there not being some kind of catch on this. So what's the catch, let's get this overwith. Drake wasn't in the mood to play around, so he was getting straight to the point.

She giggled when he asked her those questions. Oh, why did people always have to be so supicious~? Tewi was a rabbit of good fortune (when she felt like it) and the fact that they've seen her meant that they were going to get out of the forest unless they decided to use her lucky blessing on something else. But, most people that got lost in the Bamboo Forest always wasted the effects of her ability finding their way out. Oh, people were so silly~ Though, the disembodied voice was really, really creepy so she just decided to ignore it like she did all bad things. If Drake actually wanted to talk to her he was going to have to actually talk.
"Tewi," she turned back to the guy and nodded only to see that there was a dragon there as well. She looked a bit shocked for a moment, but got over it quickly. After all, they were in rabbit territory and a mob of rabbits probably could take them both down. "Yes I do want something," she crossed her arms and nodded, "Just one little thing. I want you to answer one question. Why are you here?"
Tewi didn't have a problem with escorting people out of the forest...when she felt like it. However, if they were going to attack the mansion in the forest, if they were going to attack Eientei, then she would never help them. Tewi wasn't an ordinary rabbit, she was the leader of the Earth rabbits that watched over Eientei. She could easily summon every rabbit in the forest with just a simple wave of her hand, and all the rabbits under her command defended Eientei as well. Eientei, while not the whole reason the rabbits were so territorial, was definately a large part of it. If these guys dared to do anything to harm it then she would take them down right here.
She wasn't that worried though. They looked hopelessly unprepared, so they probably were just lost. If that were the case...Well she was pretty bored. Should she really just escort them out? She rubbed her chin and thought about this for a moment. People were invading their forest like the rabbits didn't own it anymore. Someone had dared to claim part of the forest as their home and got angry once some of the rabbits decided to go investigate. He even told them that they should have just stayed on their side of the forest. Things were getting pretty bad. Perhaps she was being to easy on the hapless fools that happened to wander into the forest. Tewi was normally pretty easy-going, but there even some unrest brewing amoung the rabbits now. They were starting to think that she was an incompetent leader and that she was far too soft on some of the harmless intruders.
She couldn't just let them go. She nodded slightly when she came to this conclusion, but...What was she going to do? How did was she supposed to punish intruders? Well, there was one thing she could do, and it would be a lot of fun. When Tewi came to this conclusion she stopped rubbing her chin and smirked. Yes, she would escort both of these intruders out of the forest...After awhile.

Seth glanced at Drake a little distastefully, god was he ugly when he looked like that. Seth just shrugged though, at least Drake wasn't trying to kill him. His gaze trailed back to the rabbit girl thing.
"Why would you want to know that?" Seth asked raising an eyebrow at her, he didn't like her "You clearly have some agenda, I'm guessing it doesn't let us out..."
Seth sighed and shook his head, throwing Drake almost an embarrassed glance before looking back at Tewi, he hated admitting this kind of thing
"I...I'm here because I smelt blood" he said softly looking down at the forest floor and kicking at some pebbles aimlessly "and I hadn't really been...paying attention to where I was...as for what he's doing here..." Seth smirked nodding to Drake "I have no idea" "Look I need to get out of here quickly" he sighed knowing she wasn't going to show pitty but hell maybe it would work, and he was quite scared at the moment, though was acting strangely calm considering he was nearing death at this rate... He smiled at her a little, careful not to show it fangs "I'm not even from this world, I mean, I'm a freken tourist, so whatever your protecting I have no idea about it" he said raising his hands in surrender
