So I implemented the random weather code. Currently it selects a weather icon randomly with no regard to what time of year it is. In other words it can be snowing in the middle of August right now. That obviously doesn't make much sense, but at the time of writing this code I was too lazy to make my code "smarter" so that that it would only select appropriate weather based on what month it is.
So citizens of Gensokyo! Do you want me to fix it so that the weather will be appropriate for the given season? Don't worry, I don't mind doing extra work with it so don't even think about that when voting.
