Personality: First and foremost, Youmu is loyal to Yuyuko. She'll do anything that her mistress orders her to, without protest. Though, if she doesn't understand the order, she might question it. Given that she's not the smartest person around, this happens more often than you might expect...
She is extremely impatient, and will not hesitate to tell a companion that they're being too slow, and gets annoyed when someone keeps talking for too long.
However, she does have a rather curious nature. If she sees something strange, she will try to find out about it, and if it's a problem, solve it. She's rather quick to get into a fight however if she thinks someone is acting suspiciously, which doesn't exactly help that much in investigating strange events...
One interesting thing to note, is that she doesn't deal well with things that she considers "scary" The strangest thing about this is that ghosts are among those, despite her species... And the fact that she serves one.
Abilities and Fighting Style: Youmu's main specialty is attacking at incredible speeds. She often strikes at speeds faster than the human eye can track. It has been theorized that she can strike at up to one quarter of the speed of light... She's also skilled with danmaku, which she often uses her swords as a focus for when unleashing her attacks.
Her weapons are two swords, known as Hakurouken and Roukanken. Roukanken is nearly as long as Youmu is tall, and is unnaturally sharp. There are very few things that it cannot cut, and supposedly, spiritual energy itself is not among those... Hakurouken is about half the length of Roukanken, and isn't known for being as powerful as its counterpart, though it is supposed to be able to cut through confusion... How this works is unknown, but supposedly, it can allow spirits to reach enlightenment.
