Personality: Cirno is very naive and well...stupid. She is very strong for a fairy, so she tends to see herself as invincible. She will frequently attack people for just being there, and most of the time she is shot down with very little effort from her opponent. She is childish (after all, she is still a child according to most youkai) and, like many fairies, enjoys pranks. Her hobby is to freeze frogs and watch them thaw, so clearly she is very easily amused.
Cirno is carefree and will generally not worry about anything, even if there's a crisis. She's more likely to play than worry about anything.
Abilities and Fighting Style: Cirno has the ability to manipulate ice. The air around her is always cold, and if someone where to touch her there's a chance they might get frostbite. She has the ability to freeze very small objects instantly, but larger objects take more time. She is very strong for a fairy, but over all she is very weak.
There is one way to beat her in a fight that will work every time. Talk to her, and if she shows intrest in the subject ask her a riddle. No matter how easy the question she will not be able to answer it immediatly, and she will be distracted while thinking about it. During that time the person can either run away or attack with no fear of retaliation.
