Patchouli sighed as Remilia relaxed her grip on the girl's arm. While this was preferable to bloodshed, Patchouli could still tell that revenge was the only thing on her friend's mind. "Perhaps you should leave the etching of a command geas to a specialist, Remilia... Besides, if this girl were to serve in the main mansion, you would have to see her often. I think we might all be better off if she stays here with me... I'm sure Koakuma would appreciate the help."
Of course, Patchouli had no real need for servants, but she knew Remilia did not need the girl either. As far as Patchouli was concerned, simply keeping Remilia satisfied without endangering the life of this girl (for which the shrine maiden would likely rain retribution upon the mansion) was her only task now. However, she decided to keep this last bit of information private... No need to play the Shrine Maiden trump card just yet.
