Name: Honoo (Meaning: Blaze)
Age: at least 300 (age changed, or did it >)
Age Appearance: 12
Race: Fairy
Gender: Female
Appearance: Long, orange hair, with a magma like dress (mostly black during winter, with a fiery trim of...fire, fiery area gets bigger during summer for some odd reason), and wings of fire. (Not solid, but enough to fly with. She can also turn the wings 'off'.) Like most people in Gensokyo, she's thin, only thinner than that. (She likes to call it burning weight, with emphasis on burning.) Red eyes, and wears no shoes.
Personality: Like most fairies, simple, curious. However, she isn't completely stupid, (like Cirno) but not exactly a genius. Like all fairies, loves to pull a prank. Gets angry during winter, and can be seen storming around picking fights. However, she's pretty powerful for a fairy. Mainly because she doesn't like the cold, she is never seen where Cirno or any other cold thing would be, and colder places like a mountain, unless that mountain is a volcano, with the top off and the smoke. Her pranks usually involve hot water and metals. She truly despises ice, so much that if she sees it, she will get very irritable until it is reduced to water, and will probably reduce it to steam. Loves the daytime, when the sun is out (she wishes she can go there sometime, she however would probably burn to death ._.')
Oh, she also likes to talk in a fiery voice, and is quite good at burning out much chances of a conversation, meaning even fewer friendlies.
A Little, Hardly Detailed History: One day Honoo came to be. Soon, she discovered an artifact of great power while wandering around before Gensokyo came to be. Being a fire fairy and the artifact having to do with fire, her power started to increase rapidly, along with her small insanity problem and faeries in general not liking her. So they got a seal to seal most of the power away, and mainly because Honoo was asleep during that time, it went off without a hitch. It remains on to this day,and she doesn't even know where it is on her. Naturally, it's heat resistant. Of course, if it got hot enough...well, good thing seals have improved over the years.
Abilities and Fighting Style: The ability to create fire and heat. This makes her a cast-out from most fairies, as they are to do with nature, and fire is seen as the destruction of nature, so it seems obvious. That and the history which she doesn't know about She's more of a blitz attacker, and will probably shoot straight at any enemy with the fire. With Spell cards, she usually charges at the enemy, in a ball of fire. (Or in some cases, she becomes the ball of fire herself) Normally though, she only attacks in winter, when she's most frustrated. (But as of the writing, it's winter, and it's COLD.) Weaker during colder weather, more powerful if angry (she sends off far more heat outside even if she was compared to herself at that same power level and not quite as angry) and enjoys this global warming thing.
Something of note: Sometimes, she gets TOO into battles when she has them, and depending on how long since she had her last, the whole area she's battling in can easily catch on fire. Therefore, it's dangerous to run into her in winter, as she will most likely start to attack (being the grouch she is) and will probably catch the area on fire. She isn't too grouchy during warmer weather, but if you provoke her attacks, the area will probably catch on fire faster (as she isn't expecting this during summer, plus the extra power she has during the warmer weather, the warmer weather itself, and the dryness if the area because it's so hot.)
Strengths: Teh Fior, not a complete idiot, powerful for a fairy
Weaknesses: Hates the cold (enough where she will attack people for seemingly no reason during winter), and she's going to pick these said fights when it's colder and she is less powerful. Like a sword with the sharp edge towards self. Also easily noticeable due to the heat she emits, which is not so swell for pranks. She does them anyway. Also not quite swell at making friends.
Strange, the weaknesses are longer than the strengths, and we all think of fire as a fast thing, and the cold as a slower thing, and that goes on longer. I am not making puns, I am making very very bad puns.

-- Blaze, Spell Card Name: "Tiny Fire" (At her weakest, all she can really do is shoot a little flame at the enemy. It would scare off harmless things, but those won't be attacking anyway. She's only in this state if she was woken up on a very cold winter day, and totally unprepared for a battle.)

EX-Mode (Oh Hell, you managed to piss off Honoo to the point she want to cut up your innards and burn them, and leave you as an empty husk on the ground, and you did it during summer. Shame on you. While she is in this state, her whole body looks the same, only made of fire. Obviously, one would run. It's the smartest thing to do, unless you actually think you can beat her now...better grab friends and don't let Aya catch this moment of fail. Depending on what makes her (breaks her?) into this form, her color may stay the same, or a solid black/solid white color.)
-EX-Normal, the insane one. She usually attacks on sight, but doesn't attempt to kill.
-Ex-White, the good one. Goes nuts against evil.
