Age: God of chaos. So, she is as old as existence itself, as with existence there must be chaos. However old that is.

The wings are exactly like hers. That other notable part on the bottom, isn't. The wings happen to be 3 feet by the way, both wide and tall.
The verbal for the rest:
She looks rather mature, as long as you can associate maturity with all these rainbow things. She is 5 foot 6 inches has a normal white skin color, and is somewhat skinny. Her hair is 3 feet long, whatever style she wants it at the time (default is straight), and it is an odd color. Or rather, it's whatever fits at the time, any of these colors, the listed are just some examples (as in the emotions, the colors listed are the only ones possible):
Red: Truly Angry
Orange: Irritated
Yellow: Feeling wise
Green: Envious
Blue: Calm (rare to see)
Indigo: Determined
Violet: That rush you get in a battle feeling
White: Insane, abnormal influence

Personality: As a god of chaos, she exhibits traits that one would normally assume of someone that is a god of chaos. This means she is impatient (very much so), emotional, tends to like a fight (which is hard to come by given she's a god of great power) but will stop short of killing the other person, as she would rather see life go on. (But thanks to certain circumstances...)
She can seem dumb at times, thanks to being brash with everything, including her own thoughts. She doesn't have to worry about keeping faith, as those that don't believe in chaos probably end up meeting it anyway, and being rid of the worry almost every god has to worry about means she is usually worry free (But thanks to certain circumstances...) She is usually seen with Ozma, but thanks to her over the top emotions she ends up kicking Ozma out frequently. After a while, she regrets it and lets Ozma come back in again (and Ozma WILL comment on this, a different one every time) and on occasion because of said comment...yeah.
When she has to go on world domination quests such as these, she can get the basic idea of what she needs to do, but she isn't as good as working out some other things that
Abilities and Fighting Style*: Manipulation of chaos. Can be represented in danmaku, most of the shots actually changing colors rapidly mid shot, inducing a seizure fest if perhaps you can have one of those, otherwise very much distracting you from the fact they come in very fast barrages. And she even throws in blinding light, preventing you from seeing yourself and/or the bullets she shoots at you, and that can be worse than being blinded by them. The actual use is simple to explain. Basically, she can give out chaos energy at will and in very various ways. She can give it out in a magical form (like Ozma) or in a wave that will make people more tense, to even regeneration. If used in a harmful way (like for example, degeneration) it has to be shot from her in a visible way (basically, dangerous shooting, hurts more than danmaku but easier to dodge) and has less of an energy/effect ratio, though unlike Ozma, she can give it out in a non-elemental way as well. And if she kills one that can not die with a strong enough of that particular blast...well, so much for being immortal. The large amount of chaos energy will kill them off either forever or a VERY VERY VERY long time. And how is simple: The large chaotic blast will kill them (again probably) and as they attempt to revive, the energy will attack the soul. The soul will break apart depending on how much is overkilled, and if it goes past a certain limit (depends on who gets blasted) the soul will tear up into little shreds and the regenerating will fail. Though if the shreds wish to become one again, they have to do that themselves, and that takes a long time to do...
Oh, and that goes for humans and such turning into ghosts too. Though, killing them with such a blast is like a waste of energy, so it's not done. Usually. Unless she wants to make sure you stay gone forever. Which she won't do often (or at all).

History: If you wanted to know about her creation, perhaps you are in the wrong place. Perhaps you should look up God making the universe, the time before the big bang, or whatever else that signaled the beginning of existence. The current tale, however, is fair game.
One day (like any other) something in her lair started to...stop. In there, EVERYTHING was ALWAYS moving at a high speed (including the people inside), so that meant something was VERY wrong with the balance of chaos and order, which was supposed to be kept at all times. 'Knowing' that the other side was up to no good, she set off with her trusty shikigami Ozma in order to find out a way to reverse it, as with every Yin there has to be a Yang. And it held true, as an informant had notified Kaosu that the order god had somehow gotten hold of an artifact that increased her power by a large amount. Now, they knew what they were searching for, some chaotic artifact that would change the balance to be equal again. Though, she wondered why and how she actually got her own artifact, but paid it no heed as she continued to search for it.
And she found it. However, the artifact (a blade) had actually managed to tell her that she needed more chaos energy than she had in order to release it from the hold that had placed itself. And as the blade had 'said' that, she sensed that yet another part of her world had stopped, this time completely. So, both Ozma and her knew that there was no time to lose, and had to do the most reckless, dangerous, and destructive way in order to make haste: wide spread destruction. Across entire worlds. And so, they started...if you wanted to know even more recent events, perhaps looking at Ozma's profile would be a great start.
One could wonder though: How could she have never sensed the blade before? Such a strength should have been sensed and received a long time ago...and same thing with the Order god.
Something that should be noted: She will find a way to kill you if you decide to anger her enough. It's hard to anger her this way, but if you do remember being immortal will not save you. Though these shouldn't be running around everywhere.
And now let's explain chaos energy, and it's polar opposite:
It is the reason things can move, in every sense of the word.
From moving though the sky to transcending to a different plane of existence or the opposite of. It's absence is what Order is. That can be flipped as well, Order is the reason things slow down or stop, the reason things stay as they are. Border manipulation can not exist if there is enough chaos energy (due to the borders being weakened, if a border would be a solid, then with enough chaos energy is would be like a gas) and already existing ones may break down. Order however, enhances the power of an existing border, and prevents border manipulation as well (by staying the same).
If perhaps a certain Flandre Scarlet were to try anything funny, she would simply not be able to 'crush' the core of something that is at this level of chaos (it would be like a VERY stretchy and squishy ball). With the polar opposite of this, she would be able to grab it, but crushing it would be very well impossible to do.
Pretty much any action causes chaos energy to be made, though of course it varies from action to action. Mass destruction is a great way to build it. So is mass building, though destruction is easier. Doing nothing does the opposite. Though, existing is doing something, while not existing is...not really doing something. Whatever.

- Sheer Power. Not much to say here.
- Everything stays dead. If it's killed anyway, which you would have to be very dumb to provoke her enough. There's a reason everyone is cautious around her.
- A more direct mention of her manipulation of chaos.
Weaknesses:
- Has a rather large temper problem. Though, she will usually not kill someone without a reason behind it (and Ozma usually stops unnecessary death too) unless you really are asking for it. But it does hurt. And she probably won't like you.
- Not the brightest light bulb in the pack. However, she isn't the dimmest either, though for living since the beginning of time, she sure isn't as wise as you would expect...at all...at least she has a shikigami for that (Ozma)
- She isn't a fan of killing. Although now, it has(or was) become(became) necessary, and she is struggling with her morals a bit. And with Gensokyo, she doesn't really want to kill anybody...but she only knows one way to remove that stone from that one fairy...
And by the way, that's because ending a life is stopping it, and she isn't a fan of stopping anything. Ending a life ends it forever, especially in her case. She feels better about having someone else do it, as at least they have a chance of continuing on as a ghost.
And yes I am aware that if you reverse it, it makes the Order god look like a mass murderer. She however would rather have things keep on going, or stay the same. If that one goes crazy, she might just go insane...and you thought chaos was bad...just wait till you see the Order god wishing to make existence stop...thankfully, she won't be doing that for......let's not speak too soon. Who knows what complications could arise?
Take note: She will probably make anyone she could call a bastard a pretty splatter on the wall/floor, no qualms about killing a bastard. After all, he/she is a bastard.
