So you want to affiliate? Okay here's what you need to do:
1.) Put our mini-banner up first. It MUST be displayed on your forum's main page. If it won't be I will not affiliate with you so do not bother asking me. Here is the code
2.) Make a thread with this information:
URL to your site: The URL to your site.
Where is our mini-banner?: I'm too lazy to look for it, so I want you to tell me where you put it.
Code for your affiliate banner: The code for your mini-banner. WARNING: If it's not 88x31 then it will be resized.
Can I hotlink your image?: When you give me your code can I just use the code you gave me, or do you want me to host your mini-banner myself?

And you are welcome to hotlink my mini-banner image, but that is the only image on my site you are allowed to hotlink...or use for that matter.
3.) If you have a massive list of scrolling affiliates put my mini-banner near the front. If I don't see mine with in about 30 seconds of loading your page I will not affiliate with you.
4.) Your forum must be open to guests to that I can check your forum's activity. I don't want to affiliate with dead sites after all.
5.) If I remove your mini-banner for whatever reason and you would still like to affiliate let me know POLITELY. Sometimes I make mistakes, and I will generally remove banners of sites that go into maitence mode for a while.
You can also advertise your forum as long as it follows my advertising rules. However, if you want to advertise please make a new thread in the advertising sub-forum.
