This is after the other post, so if you have no idea what I'm talking about, read the first.
Sept 11 7:12 AM, Inside the Ruins
The Ruins: Once apon a time, 2 beings from another area managed to get inside Gensokyo. One put up a flier saying one person can enter, and they get a prize. This flier was mostly ignored, and one got somewhat impatient and chased them down, battling the inhabitants of Gensokyo. She lost a few, won a few, but got the data she needed, and was never heard from again. Yeah, that ship.
"What an odd place. Figure I'll wait for the full moon time to be over before leaving...oh? *Blue Screen with Error Test* ... "Not like I was leaving anytime soon anyway. That poof though was pretty loud though, I wonder if anything could hear me? Hopefully...(tests her powers)...yeah, thank you day. Time to make myself at home for a while..."
Later...
"Ok, I have enough fruit to last me a while, some nuts to last me after the fruit, and if all else fails I may have to scavenge for things...wait a second...hey, this place has a music player!"
... *Listens to 'Hartman's Youkai Girl'* I could live here for a while, then see about those people that book was talking about...hopefully they all didn't go somewhere, they sounded interesting...or maybe some other people.....maybe I'll cruise in this at night... She drifts off into thought.

There was nothing interesting going on at the border right now, much to Aya's dissapointment. Though, honestly she wasn't too shocked. It was almost winter, and while the cold didn't really bother tengu a lot it seemed to bother other people. Regardless of the reason, her exploration of the border left Aya hungry for a story. Taking that much time to gather information and coming back with nothing was just unacceptable in her mind. She would find some kind of story, even if it was about stupid fairies or the boring old Hakurei Shrine.
Speaking of the shrine, she decided to head that direction. It was some kind of gathering place for a lot of people, so there was a chance something might be going on there. If worse came to worse she could always get some interesting dirt on Reimu, that was always fun. However, before she even reached the shrine she really did find something interesting.
There was a large thing. Aya couldn't really tell what it was. The best word she could use to describe it was "ruins," though she wasn't familiar with the material it appeared to be made out of. She circled around it for a minute in a futile attempt to figure out what it was or what to do with it. In the end, she did what any sane tengu would do: kicked it. The force from her kick made a loud, metallic clang echo throughout the area. That was certainly not the sound she was expecting to hear, though she wasn't quite sure what to expect either.
She grabbed her notebook and pencil and jotted down some notes. Weird, ruin-like building appeared south of Hakurei Shrine. Seems to be made out of some type of metal.
Clearly Aya needed to investigate this metal monstrosity further, but there was one small problem. She wasn't quite sure what to do next. She had never seen such a building in her lifetime.

What she heard: BAAAAANNNNGGG Time: 6:28 PM, Night, Full Moon
Genshuku immediately rose from her thoughts and was pretty startled at that rather large noise. She tested her gravity powers to be sure, but the time had gone by and she was pretty helpless if it was in fact some sort of monster. (she's in a new place, what would one expect?)
She decided to stay in the ship, music off now, and just now notices a strange weapon looking thing inside the ship. She tests it... (This is the same one from the game, was told as being pretty deadly...people were threatened by it in the other stories, it was small though) ZzzZZzzZZZZZzzzZAP! She was startled again, but came to her senses when she realized that she was pretty safe from who knows what that was. But to be safe, she didn't fire apon seeing, she would fire apon knowing it was something to shoot AT. After all, shooting someone native would make them all angry, and what if the ship doesn't work... She slightly shudders at the thought.

Was this thing just a giant hunk of metal? Aya certainly hoped not since giant hunks of metal could hardly be considered interesting. Sure, what caused this thing to suddenly appear might be interesting even if the object itself was not, but it would be a lot easier on her if there was something special about this thing. Such was the life of a reporter.
Aya was far from being ready to give up. It was getting fairly dark, which made it rather hard to see, but such a minor set back could not interrupt the pursuit of information. After all, if she couldn't find an entrance she could always make one. Metal was hard to break, but it must have a weak point somewhere. Loud clangs from her constant pummeling of that poor hunk of metal echoed throughout the forest. They were so loud and frequent that they actually started attracting some fairies. Not a good thing for the most part, but as long as Aya could see them she was pretty sure they wouldn't do anything.
Finally, a chunk of the metal gave way. It was a tall and rectangular chunk. In fact, it was likely the door and probably would have opened without being broken if she knew how to open it.
The inside was dark. She could see some lights coming from behind a wall that was likely a door, but Aya noticed a closer light first. There was a small red dot on the wall next to her. Aya wasn't sure what to make of it at first since she had never seen anything quite like it. So, she just decided to poke it and see what happened. Suddenly the entire room lit up. Startled, Aya immediatly punched the light on the wall and all of a sudden the lights went away again. That was rather strange. She continued turning the lights on and off much like a child that just discovered they could actually reach a light switch.
Eventually, she was sure that it's only function was to make the room bright and then kill whatever was lighting up the room. It was a rather handy device really, and she wondered why the kappa haven't created such a thing yet. Now that the lights were on and would stay on Aya could freely explore the rest of these...Ruins? She still had no idea what this thing was. Looking at the inside of the ruins just made her even more confused. There were so many lights, levers and other things she didn't even know what to call. If those other lights were like the light that created and killed light then they probably did something too. Did they do something with the lights as well? There was only one way to find out.
Aya ran around the room and pressed every light she could find. Some made weird noises, some caused smaller lights in weird boxes to turn on, and she couldn't even tell what some did. Eventually she found the button that opened the door that was blocking the brighter light she saw when she first entered. When the door finished opening she peeked around the corner and saw something rather odd. It looked like there was some kind of human in there. Unsure of what to say, she just stared at it for a little bit. Did this person live here? Well, if that were the case Aya would certainly be embarrassed. If someone broke down the door to her home and proceded to touch everything she would certainly be upset after all.

Heard: BANGBANGBANGBANGBANGBANGBAAANNG! Saw: The lights flash on and off Heard and Saw: Lights, Weird computer like noises Status: Freaking out in the head, and...oh my. Time: Not going forward anytime soon
Genshuku was freaking out at this point, with all the banging (Ok, ok, ok, calm down, focus, focus, focus, focus, focus....focus....ICAN'TFOCUS) Then the lights started to flicker on and off for a while, freaking her out just as much. Then things were happening inside the ship, parts started to move around, monitors switching on and off, so much things she could hardly focus at all (2 years in the wilderness, and now flashing lights everywhere and everything) and by the time she regained her focus...
----------------------------------- WARNING! WARNING! THE SHIP HAS BEEN BREACHED! -----------------------------------
Complete with loud warning sound and louder warning voice. (One would wonder why it delayed...perhaps Aya messed it up) Gen jumped at the sudden sound, and one of the moving parts was right above her, she looked up too late... "ah--"
...bang.
"..................."
She's out cold.

That room was full of weird flashing read lights that were actually pretty hard to look at. How did this human live in such bizzare conditions? Perhaps her eyes are coniditioned to be able to look at such bright, shiny, red lights? Aya would be sure to ask her that later because those lights were seriously starting to hurt her eyes. There were also these loud noises, but she couldn't quite understand what they were saying. It probably didn't matter too much though.
Her opinion about those lights and sounds being unimportant changed rather quickly when she heard a rather loud THUMP. When Aya looked back there was some strange device hanging from the ceiling, and the human was face down on the ground. Aya was tempted to just push whatever button closed the door and walk away, but she felt that there was a small chance she might have cuased this. On the off chance that was true she felt it would be inappropriate to just leave.
But, what was she supposed to do? Aya had no idea what most of this stuff did, or how to turn off those flashing red lights and annoying sounds. She could always try kicking it. It seemed to be working well so far, but if this person really did live here she probably wouldn't appriciate having her lights smashed. Whatever, for now she would just press more buttons to see if she could get it to turn off. Surely there must be something that kills those sounds like the button that killed whatever made the room light up.
First, Aya felt like she should attend to the human. She wasn't quite sure what to do, so she just moved her into a more comfortable position for now.

Heard & Saw : She's out cold. Time: No importance Location: Mind
".......Eh? Where am I? Looks...trippy? Did I die?"
"No, not you. Your just knocked out, and I figured this would be the best time to talk to you."
"With that out of the way, just who ARE you?"
"My name? It is of no importance. I would just like to ask you a favor. Your weapon is my place to live now, because of that...argh! I want to get out, but I need you to do a small favor. Please go to the Hakurei Shrine. I will tell you what to do from there. You will be rewarded for this task, and I'll start helping you out right away...now, focus your mind..."
"...That shrine?" "Yeah, that shrine." "...You must be a ghost." "Actually, yes." "When were you sealed anyway?" "....Ok, you need to be less talkative, but alright...a few years ago." "...Ok, I'm happy." "(whew) Ok, now focus your mind...."
Location: Somewhat loud Ruins
"...Ugh......." She sits up, pretty dazed and confused, when she sees this girl with 2 black wings. Seeing as she isn't dead, it seems to not want to kill her, that's a plus... Most of her mind is pretty much occupied by all those warning sounds though.

It was a miracle that Aya could actually hear the human speak when she woke up. She had been asleep for Kanako knows how long now, and Aya's ears were ringing from all of the sounds. She had to seriously resist the urge to just pummel the machines until they were dust, but she somehow managed to do so. Instead, she settled for griping her ears and looking vaguely annoyed at them.
But the human was awake now! "Make it stop!" she shouted. "I pressed everything, but that just made it all louder!"
Aya pretty much had to scream in order to talk over the buzzing, shouting and beeping the boxes were making. This human was lucky Aya had the decency to wait for her to wake up...That and there was a lot of potential for a story here, but that was beside the point. All this noise was driving her crazy.

Location: Hear It From a Mile Away Ruins "Now how the heck did these things work again...." ... ! "Open this hatch here...ah, there it is! Had to use this when I got that bluescreen...and there's the 'Turn everything off button"!" *push* Lights turn off, noise stops. "Wow, that was somewhat awkward...and because that lady didn't try to kill me, I would assume I shouldn't go psycho anymore...well...how should I begin..." "Well, this whole ruin thing...it's actually some sort of traveling ship. I don't know much about it myself, only that it was made to go though some sort of border...I found it while wandering around somewhere...it was empty, so I looked inside and somehow got it to go somewhere...here." "To be honest, I have no clue where I am " Oh! My name is Genshuku. Nice to meet you. "

Aya breathed a huge sigh of relief when the sound finally stopped. She could still hear it echoing in her ears, but at least it wasn't actually there anymore. They were strange devices, but Aya felt she finally understood their purpose. They were some kind of torture device that would drive anyone that was stuck in that room insane. That would certainly explain why this girl said that she shouldn't go psycho anymore. Either she was insane to begin with, or all those sounds were some kind of attack against her. Honestly, Aya was kind of afraid to ask which it was.
Wait, this thing was a ship? It ceratainly didn't look like any ship she'd ever seen. "I don't think this would float," she chuckled.
Why was this girl rambling on about things Aya hadn't even asked about yet? Well, she probably shouldn't complain. After all, it did save her the trouble of asking the girl herself. So this thing was a ship designed to go through a boundry? There were a lot of boundries in Gensokyo. Technically there were an infinate amount if one (such as Yukari) could manipulate them properly. Saying that it was designed to go through a boundry was like saying that rice was for eating; it didn't really help much.
"I'm Aya. It's nice to meet you too," she would have bowed slightly or tried to shake the girl's hand, but it was too dark to see anything. "You said this was designed to go through a boundry? Do you know which one? There's quite a few of them here."
Aya would have written all of the information that she had gathered so far down, but it was too dark to see what she was writing. She would have to write all this down later. Preferably as quickly as possible so it wouldn't become inacurate.

"I would love to know how this ship-thing got where it was but it wasn't that specific...just appeared here after a pressed a few buttons, I have almost no clue about this thing... And that book wasn't that specific about which boundary, only saying that the process was needed to get in that area...if you want to know what those people were thinking, I wouldn't be able to help you. You can have the books though, I had already read them...oh, it's dark in here. I'll just turn on the lights..."
She grabs a remote (classic one red button with antenna) and presses it, and some of the lights turn on.
"There, that's better. So...where am I anyway?"
The books: One Normal looking book with the word 'Data' printed on it, one smaller, slightly charred but with pages intact saying Yumemi on the cover, and one smaller, more burnt with a few pages missing and not in very good shape with "Chiyuri" on the cover.
Yumemi book contains the crossing the border bit and a diary, Chiyuri is just a diary, and Data contains the characters Yumemi fought and their collected data.

Aya would have to read the fricken manual in order to get decent information? Gah, so be it. Irritating as it was it did make for an interesting story. She grabbed the book by Yumemi and started to attempt to read it, but failed miserably. It appeared to be in her language, but there were so many big words in it that it hurt Aya's tongue just thinking about how to pronounce them. Chiyuri's book wasn't much help either. It was basically a fifteen-year-old girl's ramblings. Most of it was about how much of a jerk this Yumemi person was, but that could hardly be considered relavent to the ship.
Aya just tossed the dusty old books aside and sighed. "You're in Gensokyo, a few miles south of the Hakurei Shrine. That shrine is on the eastern part of the border that seperates Gensokyo from the outside world. I don't really know much more about it."
Normally she wouldn't have mentioned that last part, but it seemed like this person had no idea what Gensokyo was or where in Gensokyo she was. Aya wasn't sure how that was possible, but she was a native. She was sure she would feel the same way if she were suddenly thrust into another world.

"Apparently your not a book person then...oh well. Really though, I just want to get out of this ship...let me just grab this thing..." *grabs the crescent spear and holds it upside down so as not to be pointing sharp things in the air all the sudden* ""Unknown Entity in Weapon: Hey, your holding me upside down!"" ""Gen: That's too bad for you then.""" ""Ugh..."" "Ok, I gotta find somewhere to sleep that is NOT in this crazy...thing. Disturbed enough already..." She's slightly uncomfortable, and starting to walk out the door. "You wanna come with, or are you going to go your own way?"

Aya could hardly blame her for not wanting to stay in here. Who would want to sleep inside of a torture device anyway? Sure she claimed it was a ship, but boats didn't look like this, and ships weren't made to travel across boundries. Clearly that was just a facade this Yumemi person created to make her machine seem less devious. Before they left the ruin Aya made sure to take a few pictures of it. This really would be an interesting story.
"If you need a place to sleep I can escort you to the Hakurei Shrine. It's not that far from here, and it can be pretty dangerous for humans to walk around at night. Lots of youkai live in these parts, and most of them aren't friendly towards humans like the tengu are."
The shrine wasn't that far away, and it would give Aya a few oppertunities to take some pictures of this girl and maybe take some notes on the ruin since she could actually see now.
"But once you're there I should probably head home. It's starting to get dark out."
That and she wanted to start writing this story, but that was an unimportant detail right now.

Thought Process: (So whatever Youkai are, most must be evil...) (And this weapon is weird...perhaps I'll just not say that I was going there anyway) "That would be nice! Thank you " "And yeah, people do need to get some sleep, so I can't blame you for going back...but whatever! First is first, gotta get to the shrine..." ""Entity: Your still holding me upside down"" ""Gen: That's still too bad."" ""Entity: "Gah...at least I'm...um...WE're getting to the shrine, right?"" ""Gen: Seems so.""
