Honoo just didn't like the cold. She didn't like the snow, the cold, the inactivity of it all, but mostly the cold. She IS a fire fairy after all, so that should be obvious. She knew what happened last time she attempted to burn down the forest (Yeah, that hurt, didn't end well at all) so she was out of options for things to do. All she needs is something to do...
Updating this:
Well at least the snow stopped, but now the sun isn't getting through...ugh. Always cold somehow...

Due to a certain slacker subordinate Sikieiki actually had some free time today. It was days like this that she would leave Higan and warn anyone that was approaching the point of no return to change their was or else for lack of a better phrase. There was a certain being in the Forest of Magic that was approaching that point, and Eiki felt it was her sworn duty to save him.
On the way to her destination she noticed a small flare of fire. That fairy was trying to burn down the forest. Absolutly unacceptable! And for such shallow reasons too. Unfortunatly fairies had a tendancy to be rather dim and very difficult to talk to. That hardly mattered though; Sikieiki could not allow this creature to burn the forest. She would continue to berate this fairy until she did finally understand what she was doing.
"Honoo!" she shouted at the little fairy. It was impossible to hide any information from Eiki if she wanted it, so she knew this fairy's name, motives and she could easily learn anything she wanted to about her just by looking into a small mirror. "While it was not my intention to talk to you I can still not allow such destruction to occur! You are far too destructive. Destroying things simply because you dislike them or because you are unhappy with your situation is a grave sin."
Her voice was very loud, but surprisingly calm. This clearly wasn't the first time she warned someone of impending doom.

Honoo made somewhat of a groan: Burning things was pretty much her hobby, and now someone she doesn't know (really, she doesn't exactly come in contact with people and talk to them enough, for obvious reasons) is yelling at her about it. She looked like someone important, but....ok, let's have a little chat, see if she actually IS someone important.
"And just WHO might you be? There's nothing else to do but burn things anyway..."
((OOC Stuff that you should know: Have a (simplified) back-story. Honoo was mostly like this, but after coming in contact with a particular artifact, the Ignis Stone, her power went to an insane level. She also WENT insane. She however needed sleep, and people put a seal on her, which also happened to knock out her memory. She knows nothing about the seal. The rest is more uneventful things, it turns out she was always like this to begin with. Go figure.))

"I am the one who judges the sins of ones who have died, yes, the judge of hell. If you don't want to burn in hell," she paused, "No, in your case it would be freeze in hell for all eternity then you have no choice but to listen to my advice."
She spoke very firmly, as though every word she said was an absolute fact. Well, they were absolute facts, so of course seh would act like they were. Siki could see everything in black and white, and she could see everything that anyone ever did if she chose. Of course everything she said was true.
Sikieiki was fairly used to introducing herself. It's not like she left Higan that often.

".....Hm."
Being intelligent (for a fairy anyway) she started to think. Obviously, she didn't want to freeze in hell, so she forced herself to make a u-turn on her current thoughts...but at this moment, that is quite impossible. Things will need to be answered first, because she obviously knew a lot.
"Well, I would need something to do to pass the winter time away, and provoking fights with faeries doesn't seem like your cup of tea. Chatting with others just doesn't work, as in general, faeries just do not like me. Even before I started to burn them..."
((Of course, that is part truth, given her small case of amnesia. However, even before her case, faeries usually stand for something of nature, and fire is the anti-nature, so a general dislike is made. Then because of that dislike, Honoo didn't like them either, and knocked a few crazies out, and then went somewhat mad. But then she found that stone, and that was forgotten via seal. Now she just burns them because they attack her out of nowhere, and she's more used to living in the wilderness...yeah, she doesn't have a house or anything. Yeah, the fire.))
"And I can not stand doing nothing at all..."

It certainly wasn't difficult to see why most people didn't like her. Most humans and youkai didn't even like fairies to begin with since they were generally immature and stupid, and this one didn't appear to be an expection. Just how anyone could burn an entire forest for fun was beyond Eiki. Even that fairy that claimed to be the strongest was less insane than this one, though this fairy at least seemed smarter than the so-called strongest.
"Indeed, it's very important to be productive, but you can hardly call destroying an entire forest productive. Ask yourself, how does senseless destruction help anyone? Once this forest is gone will you actually be satisfied with yourself or will you simply destroy something else? What happens when all of Gensokyo is covered with ash? What will you do then?"
This was a series of very simple questions, and she was pretty sure the fairy would be able to answer all of them. It astounded Siki how simple-minded these fairies could be, though what this fairy was suffering from wasn't something that only plagued fairies. This creature was living in the present, and that was extremely dangerous. Yes, it is important to enjoy life. However, it is even more imporant to make sure that one's future is also enjoyable.
"You claim that everyone hates you and your abilities, but look around. People use fire for many things. They use it as a light when it's dark. They use it to cook food. They use it to keep warm. Fire has many uses that everyone loves, but no one likes it when fire destroys thier home. No one likes it their children touch it out of curiosity. You're simply using your powers incorrectly. Fire is a useful tool when use correctly, and if you used to everyone's advantage no one would hate you anymore."

Honoo took in most of what she said, mostly because she didn't want to freeze in hell.
"..........Hm. You do have a point there, if I do burn everything then that's pretty much it there. It wouldn't help anyone....But there's something different. The first thing I can remember is a bunch of my own gathered about me, and fleeing as I woke. About 5 minutes later, I learned that they didn't like me at all when they just attacked me out of nowhere. When one is attacked, there's not much of a choice but to fight back, and this happened for a long time, until I beat so much up that they pretty much ran away when I got close. Humans pretty much just didn't give a second glance, and the youkai either pass on by or attempt to eat me, which never worked. After all, I'm here <.<."
"...When was the last time I had a normal conversation anyway :/"
*attempt at deep thinking*

"Irrelevant!" she shouted so loudly that a few birds in a nearby tree took off. "What's already happened cannot be fixed, it cannot be changed. If you continue to dwell on the past you can never move forward."
Sikieiki thought for a moment. It was clear this person lived for the present. That was dangerous, but there might be a way for her to use it to her advantage. Judging from everything she's been saying and how she's been saying it, that little fairy was not particularly happy right now. For those that lived in the present that was unacceptable.
"Ask yourself, were you happy then and are you happy now? If you're not doing exactly what made everyone hate you will not make anyone like you. Even if you do not understand why your kind does not like you it might be possible to change that in the future if you change the way you act first."
Again, this was a simple concept, or at least Siki thought it was. She intentionally decided not to mention what this fairy apparently does not remember. She did not really need to know. Explaining everything would only make it harder to move forward.

In the bushes, a few (obviously troublemaking) faeries jumped, realized their cover was blown, and were out before you could say 'What are you doing there?'
And Honoo thought some more, but the sudden exclamation made her VERY unsettled...that and she noticed the fairies lurking around, which also made her more unsettled. She could very well snap right about now (in which case given a fight she would be in a high power stage, hoping that won't matter)
"...........The past seems to also be the present in this case. I don't think I ever got a chance to act normally around them, they just do what they do and...heck, I could very well do those nice things, and they just wouldn't like me. They don't use fire, most told me that fire was evil, and therefore I must be and then they just start to shoot at me. Tried with the first few, now I don't even bother. But, I never wandered around the human village before...but that is probably for a good reason. Heh, looks as though I was never even given a chance...and that continues to this day..."
((Basic Math lessons: Fire + Normal Fairy = Hate. That and the history she can't remember and most faeries won't even give a second thought before saying bad things about fire and unleashing danmaku. Fairies usually stand for things in nature, we all know fire normally burns all of that up, so the hate is in the blood. Also, the seal is in the inside of her dress, right next to the heart, in case you wanted to know.))

Siki never said it would be easy. How could she? She does not lie under any curcumstances. Sometimes she will with hold information, but she will never blatantly lie. It really was a shame that following her teachings was never as easy as she made it out to be.
"It really is a shame that life is so hard. It is not my job to make your life perfect. Only you can make your life better, I can only push you in the right direction. It will not be easy to change everything, and it will not happen overnight. I just hope that you manage to find happiness. Everyone deserves to be happy."
Eiki looked around as the fairies scattered. It really would not be easy, but there was not much more she could do. Her duties did not lie with the living. By the time anyone got to her it would be too late, and that was the only reason she even came to the world of the living. Speaking of which, she came her for a reason, and it was not for this fairy. While this fairy did need help, she was a long waze off from the point of no return. Sikieiki paused for a moment, and continued walking in the direction she came, but stopped again only after taking a few steps.
"Finding a way to help those that hate you or ignore you with a smile on your face...Yamas find that very admrible," she smiled and tapped her rod against her chin. "If you ever need someone to talk to you can try to talk to me. I may not be able to respond, but if you find it helps you are more than welcome to try."
Sikieiki believed that she was a friend to everyone, even if others did not feel the same way. Because of her ability she could help the living and even grow attached to them without it interfering with her ability to judge. Part of her only wished she could do more, while the other part of her was glad that everyone had to change for the better without her help. It was strange. She did not want to send anyone to hell, but she also did not want to spare anyone that deserved to be sent to hell.

"Then all I gotta do is find a way to be happy...without going on a mad rampage...I'll have to think harder about all this, because there must be a way, it just wants to avoid me."
"....Ok, I gotta find a use that is not destructive, that helps someone...strange, all that almost sounds new. Maybe it...is...sigh..."
"Well, no use moping about it, I gotta think of something before I go insane again. Thanks for helping me see myself ,...say, what is your na-"
And out of seemingly nowhere, 50 faeries, that are quite mad for no reason in particular.
"-me? Ack....no use sticking around, I gotta get out of here. Ciao~ Fire Engine GO!"
She used her own fire power in order to make a hasty leave, being sure not to overdo it and accidentally catch something on fire again. The faeries follow, shooting danmaku.

Ah fairies, why did they have to be like this? So needlessly violent and manevolent, it was extremely depressing. However, fighting large groups of fairies like that was not her duty. This was not her fight. This fight should not be in the first place. Their reasons for attacking were unreasonable.
Sikieiki just sighed and pointed her rod towards the fairies. A large pink laser shot out of it, but she intentionally missed all of the fairies. She only wanted to look intimidating right now. That should be more than enough to scare the fairies away. In fact, Siki was rather shocked that they attacked even though they had been spotted. Clearly this would not be an easy change for that little fire fairy.

All of the faeries quickly turned to the source, panicked that this important whoever shot at them, and soon scattered, mumbling to themselves.
From a distance, one could hear a big "Thank you!" as she tore through the sky.
"....Hey, flying around like this is actually quite fun! MORE SPEED"
(This may be closed, as Honoo isn't even in the forest anymore, that and the thread is pretty much over)
