Hakugyokurou (translates to Tower of White Jade) is a ghost shrine that looks over the Netherworld. It's famous for its large garden of cherry blossoms, and more specifically the dormant youkai cherry blossom Saigyou Ayakashi. Yuyuko Saigyouji is the lady of Hakugyokurou and Youmu Konpaku is the gardner (both canons).
