This is how most people of a certain race feel about other races. This does not mean that everyone feels this way, simply most.
Humans: Humans are still somewhat afraid of most youkai, so youkai exterminators still exist. Humans do get along pretty well with other humans, and anything that won't hurt them.
Lunarians: Lunarian's live on the moon, and very few have actually come down to Earth, so they think that all humans are more or less the same. They think that all beings that aren't from the moon are dirty and not worth their time.
Youkai: This largely depends on the type of youkai. Yeah, generic term will get generic description.
Tengu: Tengu tend to think that they're better than everyone else (or rather, that everyone else is not as good as them), but they don't realy *hate* anyone in particular. They just tend to poke at peoples' faults. They tend to view themselves as the masters of youkai mountain now that the oni are gone, so they rarely let anyone that isn't a tengu climb the mountain unless they have a damn good reason to be there. They tend to view the other inhabitants of Youkai Mountain (particularly the kappa) as little more than servants.
Nekomata: The only race they seem to dislike in particular are humans. They don't seem to like or dislike any once else.
Fairies: Fairies don't seem to like or dislike anyone as a race. It largely depends on the fairy in question. Though, they do love to mess with just about everyone.
Vampires: Vampires dislike anyone that isn't a vampire or anyone that isn't close to them. It's not unusual for them to come to like specific people, but they don't like any race as a whole.
Ghosts: They seem to get along with just about everyone as a whole. They will generally only dislike certain individuals, though they may have some grudges on certain races depending on what they were when they were alive.
Poltergeists: Like ghosts, they don't seem to hate anyone unless a specific person gives them a reason to hate them.
Satori: Satori are solitary for the most part, though this is more because everyone seems to hate them as opposed to satori hating everyone.
Kappa: Kappa are afraid of the tengu and oni, but they don't actually dislike them. Really, they don't dislike anyone, they are very friendly and docile creatures for the most part. They like humans a lot, but most humans seem to dislike them.
Kitsune: Kitsune don't like or dislike anyone in particular.
Rabbits: Youkai rabbits don't like or dislike anyone in particular. Moon rabbits like Lunarians, tend to think that the beings from Earth are below them.
Oni: Oni are strange. Half the time they're too drunk to think about things too much. Some still dislike humans, but many don't really care anymore. Grudges are for suckers.
Tsukumogami: Like youkai, tsukumogami is a pretty generic term and a generic term gets you a generic description. It depends on the tsukumogami.
Gods: Gods like anyone that likes and/or worships them and dislike anyone that doesn't.
Celestials: Celestials don't like or dislike anyone.
Shinigami: Shinigami's opinions of people largely depends on the shinigami.
Yama: Yama are very impartial about everything, this is no exception.
