((So this is how it works. One should not go in here alone (some exceptions, but not much), as if you do something like that the bosses in the castle will not hesitate to beat you to the ground and quite possibly kill you. The more people, the stronger you are and the more mercy shown to you.))
((And if one wants to split up, please make another thread mentioning that you are in here. The threads will take place at the same time, so if you choose to split up (In my opinion, you shouldn't), then take note that if you end up in the same room as someone else, you will probably notice this. I'll take care of any technical difficulties if they do pop up.))
((I'll have you know that unless the doors inside the castles have a label, that you do not know what is behind them. Please do not assume you do, unless you can see through walls or something. Then, only the wall seeing through person knows.))
((Yes, there are 6 bosses. One/Two of them I have yet to make a profile for, the other bosses are not even characters. There is also an extra (not THAT extra) boss you have to face if you rack up too high of a kill count. Why avoid killing these people? Why, you should read the stuff after all these parenthesis.))
((Oh yes, there are puzzles. The unforgiving ones lead to secret areas~))
((And yes, there is a shop. Along with their own currency, which is earned the way I see fit. I do not favor anyone in paticular, Kaosu might. Might. And if anyone steals from it, lets just say that is not a good idea and leave it at that. You can try it, but it won't be pretty.))
((Reminder: This is the castle that was once invisible. Now it isn't and the door is open. Obviously, Akkei isn't out here anymore. And you can't bust through most walls. And you can't dig. No destroying the castle structure, pretty much.))
((And yes, I am RPing the castle.))
Inside the castle, a voice called to Akkei, the voice being Ozma's.
"It is time."
And about time it was too.* Akkei let out a sigh of relief, as the castle finally revealed itself, Akkei finally letting go of the illusion that had kept her from winning against Andrea before. And afterward, she went inside. The door was open, and a message was glowing on the inside part of the right door.
'Welcome. There is not much to say, but here is the rundown: The grunts in here will not try to kill you in any way. If you ignore this, then you will certainly pay for it later. There are locked doors, and the keys are hidden inside this castle. Those that hold them will be blatantly obvious, and you may beat up the one holding them (but again, refrain from killing them). I await the heroes of the land to make their progress through here. Good luck.
-- Kaosu'
The door was wide open, and the main hall was visible. There was a long path forward, and two side paths, one to the left and right. The forward path lead to a royal looking door, with a keyhole. Obviously, it was locked. The path to the right had a label on that door, saying 'Shop', followed by something else underneath it.
'Yes, we sell to you too. We sell to anyone. But leave your money at home, we have a different method of pay. It still involves currency though, don't get any weird ideas.'
And to the right, there was a door simply labeled 'Mess Hall'.
The grunts will look at you for a bit when you walk in, but they will look away after noting the new arrival and do their own thing. Most of them were slacking.
*(Really, it was.)

Forest of magic had few residents that would speed by on a broomstick. Its passenger was a black, white blur with a little blond creeping from the under her black wide-brimmed hat, fashioned for typical magician among humans. Testing her new enchantment on a broomstick, Marisa can recall the funny look on shopkeeper's face when she asked for almost every broom in the store. She wasn't about to use her own broomstick because the trail and error process, and the 'error' broke almost every broom she purchased except 3, so this was her 12th test...or was it 14th? The count wasn't important. At least, this broom was actually test drivable...
It was time to go home. She brace her hands on the front of the broom and pull it to the side turn it around. That’s what she realized the first glitch of the ride,. It’s not letting her turn around! How weird. It didn’t had no problems about turning and slalom the trees in the forest before... Okay, time to stop this thing. Doing what she normally would do to stop a broom, and it went faster. Glitch number two.
There was no way she was going to wait until this thing crashes into something with her on it. Jumping off the broom from the side, she landed on the ground before slipping to her side. Marisa dusted herself off, thankful for black being the most concealing color. The broom would have to stop eventually or hit something. The latter happened, and wood shattering crash was loud enough to say “very close by”.
She followed the sound to the broadside of a castle wall, not bothering taking out her actual broomstick. It was a short distance between where she landed (or fell) and the wrecked of wood splints and magic sparks. Why is there a wall doing on this forest anyway? She walked back a little to find that this wasn’t just a wall, but an actual castle.
New question. Why is a castle here in this first place? Whatever the reason could be, it broke her new experiment. None of the spell could be recovered for her to look over, but her attention was now on this weird place she crashed into. Going up to the front of the castle, she noticed the doors were wide open.
Okay. Weird castle appearing out of nowhere and doors open would equal another weird incident about to happen. Why couldn’t they just send letters saying they were going to cause trouble around here? As if being rained on and going into gusty hole wasn't bad enough among her list of invitations in the past.
Speaking of invitations, she noticed the writing on one of the doors:
… The grunts in here will not try to kill you in any way…
That’s a first. Maybe this wasn’t going to be as big as fun as she thought. She was used to grunts firing danmaku at her each time. Never or less, she continued to read...
…There are locked doors, and the keys are hidden inside this castle. Those that hold them will be blatantly obvious, and you may beat up the one holding them (but again, refrain from killing them)….
Locked doors, okay, but the person writing this wants something other than playing some prank. As she finished reading, first idea came that this just some sort ploy to bring out red and white? Whatever the reason, she was more interested in what she could find in such a place as this. From the looks of those things beside the door, she could be the first visitor and the saying goes, "First come, first serve." She took off her hat, pulling her own broomstick out of it. It could be fun.
Marisa flew in the main hallway, and noticed there were a few side paths around. The center path might be the first place to check out, she thought flying towards that direction.
(*Prinny with the pink bow holds a sign*: Enter Marisa. Err...she's just exploring at little bit. Maybe stop her before she goes too far, dood. *thinks about it for a second, writes something on the back of the sign, and holds it out* YOU KNOW SHE WILL!)

Marisa got to the large center door after a bit of flying, and there seemed to be writing on it, glowing just like the other writing from earlier, along with a knob and keyhole. Obviously, the door was locked.
"This would be one of those doors that require a key. If you noticed, there is one keyhole here. So, you would be looking for one key right about now. Might I suggest the door to the right of the entrance? It would be a good place to start. By the way, the door has reflective magic on it, so don't try anything~"
The castle itself was recommending places for you to go. Either that or whoever wrote this must be some oddball. Heck, it could be both.
The grunts still minded their own business, oddly enough, and even began to chat with each other, talking about just how far she was going to get. Marisa seemed to be the new topic of discussion for them, and all of their opinions were mixed, and a few seemed to know her profession (being, burglar). They certainly knew the castle well enough based on their conversations. Strangely, there seemed to be nothing loose around here. What a shame.
...Something can be heard from the distance. It sounded like a yell, but it was pretty quiet regardless. It sounded like a generic male superhero, really.
"Come on, team! We need to show more spirit in this, as we are cham--"
A different scream interrupted him, this one belonging to a girl, and didn't really sound like anything in particular.
"Shut up and transform already! We already have a guest, it seems. Stop being so...dramatic! You're lame anyway. Do you NOT want your paycheck?"
And the superhero voice screamed again.
"Y-yes, we do!* Sorry, ma'am!"
...Weird. It seemed to be coming from the room the door mentioned, though there was probably another door muffling the sound.
You can either attempt and fail to break down the locked door, take the 'Shop' door, or take the 'recommended by the door' path with voices coming from it, the 'Mess Hall'.
*(Why is he so desperate for a paycheck? Well, besides getting paid anyway. And who's stealing my show, dood?!?)
(She won't go anywhere that would be a problem. Trust me, dood...but why are you stealing my show...ah well. Not like I can do anything about it, dood.)

Her face creased up into a frown as she read the sign at the big door. Curiosity made her reached into pockets of her skirt and pulling the Mini-Hakkero reactor, quickly tucking it back in soon after. That might be overkill. She pick up a small container containing somewhat a magic-based Molotov cocktail that she used previously to make others think twice about charging at her.
Marisa put it away, deciding to go along with this game a maybe little longer. She flew back to the entrance and took the right hall as the note suggested. There was a few doors, and another note near the Shop label. Okay, that’s it. A castle directing you where to go, with a shop that tell you to leave your money and asking for currency…these notes and instructions were too unrealistic or not making sense, although that wouldn’t have been the word she would used. This castle isn’t even worth flying over, so home was sounding better right now. If only she can give the owner a piece of her mind before she leaves…
She paused in mid-flight as she overheard voices from another door. Maybe there was someone here that she could tell them that about their lame idea of a lure. She prepared to open the door, with reactor out…just in case.

drevin and karada had formed a very uneasy alliance they both wanted to same things save this world and the other get the other killed
drevin had somehow since his fight with ozma fused a heavy blade to both ends of his staff turning the weapon into a voluge.
karada hadn't changed anything but instead came with an army of shadows both walked to the castle silent and pissed they had to work with each other
tanis had decided to check out this castle....after he had fixed his weapons

((Indeed, it is easier for me to just refer Cross to the first post, and tell you to make a new thread as suggested...but nah.))
((In this case, I'll just say this: you only need to wait for posting order if you end up in the same room. Otherwise, screw posting order. I'll be sure to tell you if you end up in the same room, so it's alright~))
Marisa opened the door to the mess-hall, which was...
...completely empty.
Anticlimactic much? There was a bunch of tables and chairs, and one other door. It was deathly silent in here, really. But there was a door...a really scary looking door actually, and the one the sounds were really coming from. Speaking of which, more voices came from the door, again, the superhero voice spoke, though more quietly than last time:
"Ok, we finally managed to pull off a transformation! Great work, team!"
The other not quite superhero voice spoke again.
"Ok, now untransform. First, you fight, and when it looks like you are done for, that's when you transform. Got it?"
"Yes, champion of justice! You can be--"
"I don't want a title. Now for the love of...justice, stop screaming for everything you say!"
"Y-yes ma'am."
Were cheesy sound effects coming from the door? There was also a light on in there before, but that light was just turned off. There seemed to be only one door here...and a bunch of tables, chairs, and a rug.
...A rug? Now who's idea was that, anyway?*
One can approach the room that was just dimmed, go back for some unknown reason, or turn back. Of course, one can always poke around the room if one felt like it.
*(Obviously, it was Kaosu's idea.)
----------------------------------------------
Drevin and Karada walked in the main hall, with the same message that was there when Marisa walked on the door. It still said the same thing as it did before.
The grunts inside looked at Karada and his shadow army with a wary eye, but paid no extra heed. Hopefully the door's message was enough to keep them at bay.
Again, the same paths of travel were available. One can go straight and meet the bigger and locked door, go to the right to enter the door labeled 'Mess Hall', or to the left to enter the 'Shop', which had a message under the title of the room:
'Yes, we sell to you too. We sell to anyone. But leave your money at home, we have a different method of pay. It still involves currency though, don't get any weird ideas.'
The grunts were more uneasy, but eventually started to chat amongst themselves again, about nothing in particular. Perhaps if you cared, you could hear what one of them has to say?

tanis walked into at castle shortly after drevin and karada instead of going to the shop he decided to see wo was in the mess hall looks like someone else was in here....and by the look of things a mage of some sort looks like he wouldn't have to go through the castle alone "looks like im not the only one who came here" tanis gave the woman a smile as he walked to the other door...voices on the other side he pressed his hand and his ear on the door and through echolocation mapped out the room

"You might be the only one staying too. Whoever created this place is boring or a wack job." Marisa gave a stiff lip as she looked at the stranger, talking to her. This castle had a mystery that she didn't care for in unless something actually happens soon. When she dragged herself into stuff like this, something unusual happens, but this is just some wreak of a castle with almost nothing worth taking. The owner's idea of stirring trouble was a joke.
She hovered to the door, behind Tanis, "You're probably the only thing that might happen around here. " And suspicious.. Her mind added.

Perhaps Marisa was a little slow with the rumors. Perhaps she didn't hear the madwoman screaming about Gensokyo possibly ending. But, what was the castle? An inanimate object that could not read minds. Who was it to question Marisa's thoughts?
Tanis mapped out the room via echolocation, a genius move. There seemed to be a large figure, probably wearing armor, with a strange sword on hand.* There was also 7...penguins. Penguins? Penguins**. They all had a different color, like the rainbow,*** though one probably could not tell this by echolocation. The armored figure was next to a wall, as she (probably a she) pressed a button and then vanished from echo-sight. The button caused the 7...penguins...to rise up, on a platform that was somewhat far away from the entrance, and out of sight from the entrance as well. The same one that was speaking before spoke again, in a whisper (though still heroic).
"Are we ready for our dramatic appearance guys?"
At most, 6 mumbled agreements could be heard.
*(Akkei.) **(Prinnies?) ***(No way. Could it be...them? As...No way. Just...no way.)

tanis looked at the witch "that wouldn't be a good idea...you see there is a god here that wants to destroy us all...and this castle is the gods test" he looked at the door "dont think i can do this alone" he smiled "i could use your help"

"Another god acting up?" Marisa scoffed. The tone of her tone made it clear that this wasn't the first time. Couldn't these gods find something better to do with their time, like play renju ¹ or something? She got off her broom, thinking for a bit. After a brief moment, she finally gave off smile and said, "Okay I'll come along, but only see this silly god. It's bad enough to have a youkai that makes no sense, but to have a god the same way?" The feigned happiness on her face was clear. She was up to something. (*Dood, could she be talking about Yukari just now? <---borrowing Gen's prinny)

tanis turned and opened the door he had an idea as to what has in here but didn't want to be caught off guard eh screw it...this castle was filled with ether the gods servants or those trying to stop them since now one seemed to have entered the room before he whipped out his sword and swung there was a whistling noise that soon became a sonic boom he didn't know where the person was but he wasn't taking chances with the penguins

(As per request, the turn of Marisa has been skipped. Now for the reveal of just what the heck is going on ) Tanis opened the door while Marisa most likely watched him do so. The room was pitch black, but then, the heroic voice spoke out to whoever was opening the door. "When evil casts its sinister shadow-- When the world drowns in turmoil-- When love and hope have faded--*" A red spotlight turned on, and a weird, red penguin jumped from the platform to land as dramatically as a penguin with 2 wooden stubs for legs could possibly land.* It then put it's right flipper-wing things to it's chest (are those stitches?) and the left in the air and the penguin seemed to glow with as much as a heroic glow as was possible for a penguin like that. Another voice was heard, this one sounding like the first but was slightly more calm and collected. "We spring forth to protect humanity-- Even if they didn't ask us to!" A blue spotlight started to shine to the red one's right, as a deep blue penguin dropped down and posed exactly like the first, complete with heroic glow. A different voice was then heard, this one being noticeably monotone, like he was bored and energetic at the same time or something. "Our seven lights spring to the task--" A yellow spotlight shone to the red one's left, as a yellow one dropped down and posed like the rest, complete with glow. And yet another voice was heard, this one sounding like...an excited generic nerd. "Our courage races near speed C velocity!!" A green spotlight shone, as a green penguin dropped down, posed like the rest with the exact same glow. And yet another voice was heard, this one was...energetic, but sounded just like broken English. "Supah pahti! Fantastic spahkaru! Let's gooh numbah waan!" An orange light shone to the yellow one's right, as an orange one dropped down, with glow included. Again, a voice could be heard, but this one sounded like he didn't even really want to be here. "It's all because of you guys that I look like this..." An indigo light shone to the green one's left, as an indigo penguin dropped down, somehow managing to give off the same heroic glow as the rest. A final voice was heard, this one sounding like a girl in a man's body. "We're here! We cheer! Get used to it! With our powers combined--" And to the orange's right, a purple light shone as a purple penguin dropped down. Then, they all spoke at once as a fierce explosion of color matching their appearance exploded behind them as they all spoke together: "Ultra Chroma Power Squad! Prism Rangers!" ...Was this some form of sadistic JOKE? They were freaking penguins. PENGUINS. That acted just like the POWER RANGERS. It was hard to not burst out laughing. *(It's them alright. Excuse me while I laugh to myself, dood.) **(Just picture one this, only with a red main color. The rest, picture accordingly.

"you must be one of the 'bosses' in this place....guess this god has a sense of humor" tanis brought his gauntlet hand up to about shoulder level...for him...and snapped his fingers all sorts of wires and tubes and gears went into motion causing the sound to echo within the device for a moment and then a large sonic shockwave shot forth at the penguins ...needless to say tanis didn't want to play games
